Located on the western side of Santorini, this complex is nestled among the high cliffs of Imerovigli that lie above the majestic Caldera, its volcano and volcanic islets and the deep blue Aegean Sea. Fira, the island's capital, is some 2 km away and is a great place for anyone looking for busy nightlife or shopping. The apartment complex itself offers the dream holiday setting. As soon as its guests wake up they will be greeted by the mesmerizing sea views. The line of the horizon, where the sea meets the sky, forms the natural backdrop to which they can have their relaxed and pleasant dinners. We stayed 4 nights at Astra suites. Be prepared to walk stairs and hills, everywhere we went required a climb from our room to the square or the trail. Worth every step!! Beautiful views and excellent care by the staff. Highly recommend The Astra suites in Santorini.

Literally treated like royalty

George and the Astra Suites staff are amazing, professional, wonderful and happy people. We spent a lot of time staying at Astra Suites, utilizing just a few of the amenities offered - mainly the pool and room service. If we are able to travel again to Santorini, we will most definitely stay with here! We couldn't have been happier with EVERYTHING during our stay. We were treated like royalty - every minute of staying here. I almost expected to be let down at least once, but that never happened. Hands down, this was the best vacation we've ever had, and Astra Suites was a major part of this!

Best Honeymoon Experience!

We stayed at Astra for our Honeymoon and WOW it was the best experience. The staff was so amazing and our room was out of this world! We stared right at Skaros Rock and it felt like we were in a dream. The pool was majestic and the restaurant Five Senses was our favorite meal of the trip. The location was perfect. It was very quiet and felt exclusive. Our room was spotless and so well kept! We will never forget the breakfasts every morning. It was spectacular. Best pastries we've ever had! We did a LOT of research for this trip and Astra is hands down the BEST value out there. We will definitely be returning... hopefully soon!

Spectacular views and wonderful staff

The view was absolutely breathtaking! The rooms were well-appointed with everything we could possibly need, and the staff went above and beyond with their kindness and graciousness. Nick is an exceptionally talented bartender—his cocktails were as beautiful as they were delicious. Amyra at guest services was a truly wonderful and accommodating hostess who made our stay extra special. Astra Hotel is truly unforgettable and one we’ll always remember.

Spectacular Views

The Astra Suites in Santorini has the most spectacular views of the Caldera. On our balcony we had 180-degree views with beautiful views of Skaros rock and the little chapel. The hotel staff were wonderful and very friendly and having breakfast delivered as ordered to our room each day was special. Our young man that brought our breakfast each day and the bartender at the pool bar went out of their way to make us feel very special. There are a lot of steps up and down but took our time and enjoyed the views while climbing up and down. The bellmen carried our luggage up and down for us. I would highly recommend Astra Suites for a very romantic getaway.
