Fabulous hotel walking distance from Fira Town

Wonderful hotel with extensive breakfast buffet, beautiful pool, very convenient location (walking distance to town), and modern rooms. However, what stands out the most is the amazing staff! Everyone greeted us with a smile and was happy to answer any questions, recommend places to go, draw us a map, or just chat. Even the driver of the van they arranged to pick us up at the ferry station was amazingly friendly and surprisingly drew a cute sign with our names. Highly recommended!!

Could have been better

The staff overall are very kind, which I do and did appreciate. There is a beautiful pool, but surrounding it are the cars on the roads you see driving while trying to relax. The walk to town is not safe as cars are constantly coming in your direction and do not stop, and the walk up is uphill and harsh. The showers in the room are also dangerous; I almost fell. The breakfast at best is mediocre. The TV in the room was crooked and the programing was scrambled. I mentioned some of this about the TV but nothing was done to fix it. Overall I was somewhat disappointed and did not feel it was worth the price.

10/10 Hotel, Staff and Accommodation

Absolutely fantastic experience during our 2nd stay here in Santorini. I couldn’t recommend this hotel or the management team/staffing more. They made our stay here the perfect end to our Greece trip and went above and beyond the normal levels of hospitality and service to accommodate us and make us feel special. The standard of the hotel itself is exceptional with beautiful grounds, setting, amenities and dining and the location is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira by pavements which isn’t always the case unfortunately in other hotels. We’re already planning our next trip back and can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the staff again.

A really great hotel, clean and beautiful, in an excellent location. The breakfasts were delicious and the hotel’s restaurant was really good. The staff was very kind and attentive, and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We hope to come back.
