Situated at the most privileged location of Fira, on the cliffs of the caldera with unlimited views to the famous volcano, the sunset and the whole island, only a few steps away from the centre of Fira, but still with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, this hotel is the place to stay in Santorini. It is only 15-minute drive to Santorini (Thira) International Airport. Renovated in 2019 with exclusive materials, minimal design, upgraded services and rich amenities for those who want to enjoy privacy, high class services, comfort and luxury, always with this majestic scenery from every spot of the hotel. The bar-restaurant is open all day serving delicious dishes and signature cocktails. The spa is open also all day offering body and faces therapies, make up, hair styling and more. The heated infinity pool with the pool bar in the water is the place to spend most of your day enjoying amazing cocktails combined with the unlimited caldera and sunset views. **Note** for winter 2020 season: Our hotel wil remain open from the 1st of November 2020 'till the 15th of January 2021 for the 2020 winter season but with some facilites not operational. Our bar, restuarant and room serivce will remain inactive for the whole winter period, our swimming pool will remain full but not heated as temperatures go low and cannot keep the water warm, and finally our spa facilites are not working in-house but we can always arrange a massage therapy in your suite. Santorini is a gorgeous place even in the winter!”

Lives Up and Exceeds The Hype!

Athina Luxury Suites not only lived up to all of the hype, but it somehow exceeded it. From the moment we arrived in Santorini, we were completely taken care of. The taxi transfer was seamless, when we arrived to the hotel, we never had to touch our bags again. The hotel itself was pristine, with the staff members always available and willing to help. The pool and the view were immaculate and then our room was just perfect. We had the junior cave suite (Room 13) and it was exactly as described. Outside of the view. The view can not be put into words. The breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the caldera, is unmatched. Breakfast was overwhelmingly delicious and was such an extraordinary touch. We were so happy spending the Santorini portion of our vacation at Athina Luxury Suites and can only only hope to one day return!

We had an amazing stay at Athina Luxury Suites and could not have asked for a better experience in Santorini. The location is absolutely stunning, with incredible Caldera views, beautiful suites, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel truly special. The service was exceptional from start to finish. George, the manager, was very welcoming and professional, always making sure everything was running smoothly and that guests were well taken care of. His attention to detail and friendly approach really added to our stay. A big thank you to the entire Athina team as well. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. It is clear that the team takes great pride in providing excellent hospitality. Athina Luxury Suites is the perfect combination of breathtaking views, comfort, and outstanding service. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Thank you to George and the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return again soon!

We had an absolutely luxurious experience from start to finish. Everything, from the beautiful room and high-quality amenities to the exceptional service, made us feel like truly special guests. The breakfast was delicious and of outstanding quality, and having it served on our private balcony every morning made it even more special. We also loved the pool bar – the cocktails were absolutely delicious and the perfect addition to our stay. There are simply no words to describe the breathtaking view. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be back! ❤️

Spectacular family stay

We stayed in the royal suite with our family of 5. It was the most magical stay we have ever experienced. The hotel was fabulous from the people who worked there to every details inside the suite. The morning breakfast and the views were spectacular. We felt like we were in a movie set it was so beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ruined Our Santorini Vacation

When we arrived, we discovered that our reservation listed two adults and did not include my 14-year-old daughter. Although the room could easily accommodate all three of us, the hotel refused to add her for an extra-person fee or offer any reasonable solution. Their position was simple: pay more than $1,200 for a second room or stay somewhere else without receiving a refund for the room I had already paid for. Since the additional room was not financially possible and I could not afford to lose the money I had already paid, I had to leave my daughters, ages 19 and 14, at the hotel while I moved my luggage to a separate, affordable hotel. I was crying and visibly distressed, yet the staff showed no empathy and made no effort to work with me. I travel often, and this was the least accommodating hotel experience I have ever had. The view is beautiful, but this was not a five-star experience in any way. The customer service was TERRIBLE. The stress and heartache ruined our Santorini vacation. It was not worth the headache, and I do not recommend Athina Luxury Suites. Also, be prepared to walk uphill for everything. It's a hike.
