disappointing- don’t waste your money

my experience could not have been more disappointing. my boyfriend and i paid the most money we ever had for a 7 night, 5 star, all inclusive getaway and it was a big standard hotel with bad food and bad service. the room we were put in was a “standard double room” but looked nothing like the ONE PHOTO they have on the website and no pictures of the awful bathroom. we begged reception staff for 3 consecutive days to change room, we asked them to clean the room and replace the damages shower screen and were continually ignored. i’ve never been more disappointed, we have wasted our money and will never be returning here or recommending it to anyone else. 0/10. we paid £2,700 to be ignored by staff, to be disappointed and to have a dirty room with dirty old furniture, rusty bathroom, no plug hole, broken shower screen and the list goes on …

Vaggelis was amazing, good chat, made my body feel brand new. I will definitely be coming back this week. Recommend to anyone he will make you feel brand new. couldn’t fault anything . , rafaela was amazing my girlfriend loved it , recommend them both highly
