We were at this hotel, and while there are many positive aspects, unfortunately our experience with one staff member left a very unpleasant impression. When we arrived, the receptionist named Lou spoke only to my husband, asked only for his surname, and completely ignored me even though I was standing right next to him. It made me feel uncomfortable and disappointed because it came across as very unprofessional behavior. A few days later, I approached the reception desk myself to ask for some information, and she again ignored me. Thankfully, another female receptionist was there and kindly helped me with everything I needed. Another disappointing situation happened. Our room was never cleaned, even though we were out of the room almost the entire day. We only returned for about one hour at lunchtime to rest. During that time, the housekeeper came, and we asked her to come back a little later — but nobody ever returned. This also reflected poor organization and lack of professionalism from the hotel staff management. On the positive side, the food at the hotel is excellent, the spa is very clean and comfortable, and the therapist named Mar was truly professional and deserves special praise. The hotel is also located in a beautiful and picturesque area. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but unfortunately the attitude and behavior of receptionist Lou left us with unpleasant feelings during our stay.
