Overall, the staff were excellent. Super attentive, friendly, and polite. The hotel was super clean and well-kept, the pools were a decent size, and the rooms were spacious with very clean bathrooms. The hotel also had nice hill views. Would definitely come again if the food was improved. The beach was super rocky, so we wouldn’t bother going there. We’d rather stay by the pool. Three staff members really stood out: Marta at reception provided excellent service and was super helpful with every question we asked. Marcus at the bar gave great customer service and drinks. Best till last, Freddy. Excellent customer service, catered to every request, very polite, and very friendly. In terms of getting into Kos Town, it costs around €10 each way by taxi, and the hotel can book this for you. The drinks were nice with a good selection of cocktails, but if you want something that’s not included on the all-inclusive menu, it costs around €7, for example, a piña colada. The beer they serve is Zythos. Pros * Nice-sized rooms with clean bathrooms * Great hotel staff * Nice-sized pool and a good number of sunbeds. We went early in the season, so we always managed to get one * Easy to get to Kos Town via taxi * Hotel was very clean and well maintained Cons * The biggest letdown was the food. The gyros Freddy made were lovely. However, beyond that we wasn’t really impressed. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, and there were no custom omelettes like in other hotels. Dinner was not great at all. Nothing tasted great or left us wanting seconds. They seemed to cook pork chops and chips every day, so it would have been nice to have more variation in the meat options. There were some other dishes, but none really hit the mark. * The beach was very rocky and not really worth using in our opinion. Although there were a few sunbeds there, we preferred staying by the pool. * There were also a couple of cats roaming around the lunch area, which we didn’t really appreciate, but if you don’t mind cats, this won’t be a deal breaker. * No water bottles were provided throughout the stay despite it being all-inclusive. You could refill bottles in the canteen or by the outdoor bar, but if you wanted actual bottled water, you had to buy your own. Unless you want to pay €10 for a case at the hotel mini mart, you’re better off walking 15 minutes down the road where you can get six 1.5L bottles for around €2.80.
