Not looking forward to another visit.

The room needed major work in terms of having the kitchen dishwasher working, the bathroom free of mold, and carpet vacuumed. While we called for repair to the dishwasher, it was not corrected and we had flooding when used. It was clear that the room was not ready.

The Atlantis experience is unlike any other resort we've found anywhere in the world. For me, it is my one week every year when I unplug from everything and float through a relaxing time, with a little spice of thrilling water park rides and casino action.

As Expected

As expected.. All the reviews were right. Very beautiful, fun, entertaining, and yes, expensive!! You can tell they heavily rely on tourist $$ and not just atlantis, The whole island. Can't wait to go back, never even have to leave the property! But please take a water taxi inland and shop or explore other parts of nassau (straw market), new province, etc

Good but Old and Overpriced

Loved the free access to the Atlantis amenities. You can take a shuttle to the resort but we decided to walk as it took around 10-15 min walk to walk to the main Royal towers. Service at front desk was excellent but the service at restaurants and pools were severely lacking as the tip is automatically included. Food is extremely expensive, even more than Disney world and quality is mediocre. The waterpark was fun and we loved all the marine life and aquariums throughout the resort. I’m not sure it’s worth the price but for young kids they will love the waterpark, aquariums, and beautiful beaches.

Very nice place, but room noise is a lot and don’t buy the shrimp onsite

Staff has been very friendly, with the single standout poor staff member like everywhere. Food was excellent onsite, just don’t buy the 4 medium shrimp onsite with no sides except for a 1/4” deep “salad” that covers the bottom 3” diameter bowl. The bathroom has a little mold growing in the grout and on the caulking. Room A/C was keeping it at 70. Pullout couch was better than most places. We stayed in the master of a 2 bedroom. There is only 1 door separating the main room from the lock off. There is a gap under the door allowing you to hear everything, including the clanking of silverware on the plates and bowls.
