No complaints, for the price it was great. Food was good considering catering for so many people, there was only one meal we were a little disappointed. Rooms are clean (we were in a bungalow), and the location is great for beach or pool fans. Yes, there's a €5 euro charge for a beach sun lounger, but i think that's cheap. You pay €25 per day for 2 beds in the balearics so no complaints there. Also, the AI hotel bar is only 2 minutes from the beach so can take drinks down no problem Staff are all lovely and work very hard all day long Yes, the rooms look a bit tired, but if they renovated them all then the price would shoot up wouldn't it?

We stayed at this hotel for the ninth time. Everytime we were really satisfied. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the food to the staff and accommodation. I recommended this hotel for everyone. We will come back soon. :)

Budget friendly hotel in good location

Just returned from this hotel. I would not rate it four star, because the rooms need refurbishment and lack facilities I would now expect from a four star hotel. The location is close to Kos town set in manicured gardens and is on a shingle beach. The downside is you have to pay for your drinks and sunbeds on the beach but not around the swimming pools ? We were happy to be located close to the beach in one of their quiet rooms. The rooms are spacious but no amount of cleaning can rectify the tired bathrooms and sleeping areas, and the rooms cleaned and towels replenished every other day is not ideal .You are also expected to keep your beach towel for a week my advice would be to bring your own towel and beach shoes. The pillows are hard and uncomfortable and the bedsheets and cover too small for the bed. The food mostly was good bearing in mind the size of the hotel it’s a mammoth task to feed this number of guests three times a day and my thanks to the staff who prepared and served the guests. The Gala meal was also a treat Prosecco and seafood was most welcome although the quality of the red wine on AI was not desirable and we eventually purchased a bottle of wine for supper each evening adding around 100 euros to our costs. What entertainment there was, we found below par or you couldn’t get a space to view, We welcomed the programme starting at 9 instead of 9.30 as we didn’t think it was worth waiting up for.As an ex smoker I would like to give everyone the freedom to smoke outdoors but the lingering smell of tobacco smoke is everywhere because the windows are open to the terraces and I would suggest minimising the outdoor communal spaces to include non smoking areas. We had a good holiday but wouldn’t return based on the comments I have made.

Good hotel - Would Return

Me and my other half are still here so I thought I would do a live review of the place. We booked a standard twin room and our apartment block is to the side of the hotel which we both prefer (room 659). The negatives first - everyone is right about the sockets, in the bedroom there is one power socket next to the door so you either need a very long phone charger or ideally a small extension cable. In the living room area we have 2 single beds with 1 socket next to the bed and 1 near the roof - bit of a weird place for the socket 😂 the walls seems quite thin we can hear the room next door when they flush the toilet but it’s not the end of the world. The positives - the room itself is very big, plenty of room and we found the bed really comfy, we asked for a double bed but they put a mattress topper on the beds to make it a double and it’s huge! We don’t want to go back to our bed at home. The food choices are good, I’m a fussy eater and I haven’t struggled to fill a plate. Plenty of meat choices the goods is warm but no piping hot but what can you expect from a buffet style of eating. There are 2 drinks menus - one that has all inclusive drinks which is a fairly decent selection, I’m a beer drinker so the draught is fine for me and my other half loves the cocktails especially the blue coco. There are other drinks not included on the all inclusive that you can pay for and you also have to pay for drinks after 11pm. There is plenty of outdoor space around the pools we haven’t struggled for a subbed but we are also not in peak season. The beach at the back of the hotel is a pebble beach with plenty of sun beds - you do have to pay for these - or just sit on the rocks like we have. I’ll be honest the sea is warmer than the pools! Overall we’ve had a great time so far, we have another 3 days here and we would come back again. If you go out the hotel there are a few pubs within a 10 mins walking distance, we like smugglers across the road. If you walk into Kos town it will take you approx 25 mins without stopping and it’s just straight down the road, or it’s 8 euros in a taxi that the reception (we did this for the morning we had a boat trip planned) Special mention to the bartender at the pool bar near the beach, he is so friendly and genuinely helpful.
