No real relaxation

Generally, it is a clean and tidy hotel. The layout of the main restaurant doesn't work with limited space to move between the food stations. The food is mainly OK. As others have said not that hot, and very limited options. The entertainment was good but the animation team we found to be poor and not very interactive. Impossible to get a bed by the pool unless you're up the crack of dawn, and then mgmt ad hoc take all the towels off. Have and enforce a consistent policy or don't! Sunbeds on the beach 10 euro for two beds and a parasol. If you can don't stay in a room in the main building, it's very noisey from early morning, so if you like a lie in, bring earplugs. Our situation wasn't helped by our neighbours who thought it OK to speak at full volume 6.30am, every morning. Very annoying. Popular with large groups of people so I'd you're looking for a quiet chill this isn't the place for you. Recommend Smugglers bar opposite.

Don’t bother

Within 20 minutes of arriving at this hotel I wanted to go home. It was sold to us as a 4* hotel when apparently it’s a 3+. We were walking around for ages with our suitcases trying to find our room which was up the steps because nothing is sign posted. The room was very dated. When we went to lunch it was cold. You can’t get spirits before 5pm (only cheap cocktails and beer). To top it off you only get one key so when my partner went out I was left with no electric or aircon. Our room had a fridge cupboard with no fridge. Never been so depressed on a holiday and it’s only day 1! On the plus side, staff are friendly.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in May all inclusive. Food and drinks: There was a good variety of food at each meal times with more being added throughout our stay. There wasn’t much change with the food and no themed nights but this is expected with all inclusive. There is also an outdoor restaurant that did gyros at lunch time these were lovely and they also did a buffet for all other meal times. Drinks were poor soft drinks were local and not branded which I would have expected in a 4 star hotel. I didn’t try the wine but the beer was ok and spirits were fine. Cocktails were ok a bit sweet. The coffee option was also poor you could only have coffee no option for cappuccino or other types which again I would expect in a 4 star hotel. Rooms: We were not in the main hotel but in building behind that the rooms were dated in this building but they were clean. Cleaners came in every other day to change towels and empty bins which was fine for us. We were provided with pool towels in the room as well which were changed after a week. The safe in the room was free to use. Pool area and beach: Pool area was clean and pools were also clean. We always got a sun lounger around the pool regardless of when we went down so this was not a problem for us. The hotel has two large pools and a children’s pool it can get slippery when wet so had to be careful. It was advertised there are two pool bars but only one was open for our stay. The beach does have some sand but is mainly pebbles we preferred this but had to wear sandals to go into the sea. Sunbeds are €5 each or the gazebos are €15. We got a gazebo and the views from the beach were beautiful so worth going. There is a beach bar this is not all inclusive but did nice cocktails. Staff: All staff were polite and were always saying hello and asking how we were. I had no bad experiences with the staff and any problems I had they sorted quickly. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but I would say this was a good 3 star not a 4 star.

Clean hotel with brilliant staff.

Lovely, clean hotel with helpful attentive staff. I can't fault the hotel, the facilities, the location or the staff, 10/10 for all. We went with our eyes wide open, and having done all inclusive in the past we knew what to expect. We'd planned on breakfast and lunch at the hotel with eating out in the evening and this is what we did. I personally don't rate All in buffet type meals but got the holiday at a good price. Drinks, beer was nice, cocktails ok, rather sweet and made with cheap pump soda, go shop and buy a bottle of coke to go with your vodka. Sunbeds, where do I start, I would hope they put a system in place for the busy season to stop all these towels on sunbeds, infuriating. The pool attendant would walk around the sunbeds, remove the towels, fold them up and place them on the table between the sunbeds achieving absolutely nothing. Big shout to Cat and the young lad, entainers, they put their heart and soul into there work.

We just come back from this hotel resort in kos everything was great from check in to check out all staff very nice,polite people service was very good as well ,room was clean and tidy even bed and towels were change after 2 nights ,food was plenty of choice never found anything undercooked,very tasty food and very good coffee in the morning made in sand ,yes is no kettle in the room but coffee and hot drinks at the bar all day and yes they need to improve on the sunbeds. Every night was entertainment adn mini disco for children
