Atrium Palace

I have been going to Rhodes for many years now, always staying at nice hotels around Lindos area, or further south. All the hotels I’ve been at were nice, well maintained, comfortable, etc, but staying at Atrium Palace hotel was something really special. This was my first time here, so it’s not like I knew anyone there, and yet it felt like we were with friends we have known for a long time. The staff at this hotel make all the difference, they make you feel very welcome and comfortable, always smiling and always happy to help. Special mention has to be for Christina, a lovely, smiley, funny, and polite young lady, who made every meal at the main restaurant special. Then there were Nikos, Vasilis, Valentina, Maria, Sotiris, Savvas, and so many other restaurant staff whose names I can’t remember, but their faces will stay with us for a very long time. Reception staff were also very helpful and pleasant, and so were the cleaning ladies, and lovely golf cart guys, who were always at hand, always smiling, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Beach bar, pool bar and the main bar staff were also amazing - so much positivity at one hotel, I’ve never seen that before. Hotel grounds are lovely, very well maintained and exceptionally clean. Our room was also exceptionally clean and comfortable. Food at all restaurants was very tasty, well prepared, and lots to choose from. We had AI, and this includes everything, which is great. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday, and loved our time at the Atrium Palace. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Just returned from a week in sunny Rhodes. Seeing the amazing reviews for this hotel I had very high expectations but sadly a lot of these weren’t met for me and my young family. I will say the concierge/reception team were excellent on both arrival and also throughout our trip, resolving any issues promptly. The food was also excellent, couldn’t fault the main restaraunt and Emma at breakfast was particularly good!! I would however mention that there is very little available for children to eat, in the majority of 5* resorts we have travelled too in the past, there is a children’s area of the restaraunt with ‘plainer’ food, steamed veg, potatoes, perhaps pasta dishes or plain chicken, there was nothing here for Children aside from the same pizza or tomato pasta every night? Also, other things which would put me off recommending this hotel to people travelling with children- The kids pool was very inaccessible for young families, impossible to get a buggy up to it when the whole area was a/blocked in by other sunbeds and b/ you had to get up a large step to access it - not toddler friendly at all! Every day we had to ask people to move their loungers so we could get through which was frustrating for both us and them. The pools were all Absolutely freezing, so much so my toddler would not go in the water at all. We have been to many resorts across Europe and never ever experienced a pool this cold, it was unpleasant! There is also a small play park, none of which is in the shade, and in the afternoon the play apparatus was too Hot to even touch so it couldn’t be used, could a canopy or a shaded area be considered here!l instead of a park in the blazing sun? Secondly, standards of cleanliness we felt were poor. My children’s feet were black every single day walking round our hotel room, our tea/coffee was often not replaced and we had to call on occasions to get this replaced, empty glasses etc round the pool and outdoor bar areas were still there the following day, and our bathroom never felt ‘clean’ despite housekeeping visiting every single day. Thirdly, I requested early turndown every single day via Watsapp, and assumed via night 5 of me asking this then it would just become automatic for the remainder of our stay due to my children going to bed very early, and the one night I forgot to ask, it didn’t happen. Things like this you just wouldn’t expect in a 5* hotel. It sounds like small-fry, but when you pay a lot of money you expect 5* service and unfortunately this hotel didn’t deliver. The grounds were well maintained, the pool area had a nice setting, and if you were travelling without children then perhaps it would be a different experience, but I wouldn’t be recommending this hotel to families travelling with young children.

This was our sixth visit, and again it reminded us why we had to return! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the whole place is full of comfort and hospitality. The true highlight of this hotel, is the amazing team. Every single staff member wants to make sure, that guests feel welcome and they are ready to help with anything immediately. Everyone made us feel special —from Apostolos, the Hotel Manager, to Savvas, the PR Manager, and Sotiris, the Restaurant Manager. Loukas at the beach, the kind waiters Spiros and Nikos, who were always open for a nice chat, all made our stay unforgettable. Mika, the Housekeeping Manager, and Lefteris from Room Reservations also ensured our comfort. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary here was truly magical. The team surprised us with a poolside dinner, a delicious cake, and upgraded our room, which made the occasion unforgettable. We are already looking forward to our next visit— this hotel deserves 5 Stars!

We’ve been here and we came back again! It is just such a relaxing and wonderful place. The most impressive thing about this location is the exemplary and most friendly and courteous staff. No matter who we asked, everyone has a friendly word for you and is willing to solve any issue as fast as possible. Everybody made us feel very special, the Hotel manager Apostolos, the PR-Manager Savvas and the Restaurant Manager Sotiris, Loukas, the nice guy at the beach, the attentive waiters Spiros and many others …….. always kind, alway ready for a good chat. Mika the housekeeping manager, her assistance Silvana, Lefteris the room reservation manager were helping us with everything pertaining our room. They keep the hotel in very good shape-added aoft pillowas at the beach to make it a lot more comfortable and fixed a fiew broken things almost immediately. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and the Hotel treaded us with a special pool-view dinner, great anniversary cake as well as an incredible room upgrade! We will come back for sure!! 5 Stars !!!! Whenever we want to go to another place, we change our mind as soon as we get here….🙈🙈🙈😊

First time at the Atrium Palace and it certainly won't be the last. We booked this holiday up through Jet2 Indulgent Escapes on a premium all inclusive arrangement. This included a private taxi to and from the airport - this took about an hour - goodness knows how long a Jet2 transfer bus would have taken. Arrived at the hotel before midnight, things were explained to us by a lovely guy from the concierge team. Our luggage was taken our room 326 - jut what I asked for, double room with a sea view on the 3rd floor (top) of the main building. Plenty room, two large single beds pushed together to make a double. Enough hanging space and drawers. Good size balcony, free safe, minibar (replenished each day), modern tv (not many english speaking channels but we logged in to Netflix and Prime Video), nice bathroom (shower in bath - would have preferred a walk in shower to be honest). Hotel is maintained to a very high standard and all the dining/drinking /pool/beach facilities were great. The hotel has a app which is absolutely superb, order drink and food to your sunbed (by the pool and on the beach), book the gourmet restaurant, ask for room services - you name it and the app can probably help with it. Our favourite place was by the pool - absolutely no problem getting sunbeds at anytime of the day. We also spent a little time on the pebbly beach but the pool was what we liked best although surprisingly the water was a little cold. As everyone says the staff are great and work very hard to make guests holidays very enjoyable. I really could rant on and on but suffice to say we found our little bit of paradise here and we are so so sad to be leaving tomorrow. I have already booked our holidays for 2026 otherwise we would have returned here. However that treat will have to wait till 2027 when, all things being equal, we will come back. Ps: if it is within your budget I would highly recommend all inclusive - we certainly got our moneys worth, and, lastly try the Captain Vassilas half day boat trip.
