This hotel is in an idyllic location, only 300 m away from the beach at Kalathos. It is only a 10-minute walk into the resort of Kalathos, where there is a selection of bars and tavernas. Amazing hotel and even more wonderful staff!!!

Just returned from yet another amazing holiday here!!! I call this hotel my happy place as even when I’ve had some sad times in the last few years when I’m here that all melts away and I’m able to relax. I have always travelled by myself to this hotel but between the guests I’m more importantly, the staff this place is wonderful. When you arrive, you are greeted with us friendly smile and a nice glass of champagne or orange juice and for me when I arrive in my room there’s always a bottle of wine and some lovely fresh fruit to enjoy. I do this holiday all inclusive even though I do eat out occasionally the food here is amazing and sometimes a little bit too much but worth every penny a lot of the staff stay on year after a year and I like that familiarity as well as especially when I’ve been dealing with a bereavement one year staff still make me smile. One great thing about this hotel is that the staff will do everything within their power to make you feel welcome safe and cared for. Considering they deal with so many guests throughout the year it’s so lovely to come back and they remember your likes and dislikes. There is a great Wi-Fi throughout the property right down to the waters edge at the beach and for me going in October the water the sea is lovely and warm but could be a little bit cold but once you’re in and doing the Aqua aerobics it warms up nicely. There is also a great evening entertainment. I love watching the dancing shows and now that Covid is in the past getting to try a little bit of the dances myself. The musical entertainment is also very good and really enjoy listening to both the jazz night and rock night on Sundays. This is a hotel that I will come to every year that I’m able as it’s that kind of place that just allows you to relax which I need. It’s also nice seeing some of the same guests each year with one lady in particular who has been coming for 23/24 years. I can’t wait until my next visit and thank you so much to the staff at the Atrium Palace for the wonderful holidays I’ve had

Beautiful hotel we had a fantastic time and the staff were lovey and food was delicious. Pros - Staff were lovely and friendly, big shout out to Christina, Soritis and Emma. Rooms were so clean and seen to regularly, beds made coffee topped up, fresh towels. Food was great - very accommodating for my wife who is coeliac, made gluten free pancakes, pizza and incredible desserts. Have a padel court which was very fun and a gym that had everything you needed really. Lots of cats!! Cons - Mini golf area was a bit jaded. Tennis court one was flooded (probably not an issue in prime summer) There isn’t loads to do nearby, however lindos is a taxi/bus ride away.

Another enjoyable stay

Another enjoyable stay at the Atrium Palace, our third visit in consecutive years. As always, breakfast was a pleasure, thanks to the friendly service provided by Valentina and the team. Housekeeping was again of a high standard and the modernised bedroom improved our overall experience. The weather may have been cooler, wetter and windier than in previous years, but this was not enough to prevent us from wanting to do it all over again, hopefully next year.

Service with a genuine smile

When I first arrived at Atrium Palace although I knew it had an excellent rating, I was trying to figure out why it was rated higher than the other 5 star hotels ( four of them) that I had stayed at in Rhodes. My room 219 was a junior suite  "classic" style with a large balcony and spa bath. Great amenities, spotlessly clean, aesthetically I am used to a slightly more modern look room. Within a day or so I had figured it out. The friendliness and service goes above and beyond expectations by managers and staff members alike. The hotel has a lovely peaceful setting. There are approx 4 pools and is beach fronted. We generally went to the pool at around 10.00 and there were plenty of options for us to stay for the day (beach towels available from 10am) that we didn't feel that we had to rush for a spot.   We had half board and loved the dine around option. I was slightly concerned that there would be absolutely loads of children (October was perfect for this including the weather being mid twenties)  as although I knew the hotel was family friendly, being in our late fifties we wanted to have ambience without being fussy and rule ridden but not so informal that you cannot dress for dinner. I think the hotel gets this spot on. You are allowed the dine around option in three different restaurants apart from the main buffet. At the main restaurant we were greeted daily by the hotel managers.  There are numerous staff I can name that made out stay unforgettable but these are just a few. Special thanks to Thanos, the porter, who is an example of above and beyond even getting up early on his day off to say goodbye to us! and also Franko. Nefeli the lifeguard for our chats and keeping us safe,  Konstatinos at reception, I enjoyed our health chats, Alexandra at reception for her friendly upbeat manner, Christine and Emma in the restaurant, Eraldo ( keep smiling!) for his diligence, Andreas and Xrhstos - you are a credit to the hotel and people your age, the Head Barman in the lounge for his kindness and all of your team, Sevvi in the Spa for her advice, Xanthi and Zussana at Asterias, Lucas for his kindness and the last but not least all the managers including Apostolos. Thank you giving us a fantastic stay. We have already booked for next year!
