This hotel is in an idyllic location, only 300 m away from the beach at Kalathos. It is only a 10-minute walk into the resort of Kalathos, where there is a selection of bars and tavernas. I'm sat by the pool on our last day before our flight home late tonight. I can't help thinking we should have booked a longer holiday in this fabulous hotel. This is our second visit here and certainly won't be our last! From the moment we arrived we have enjoyed every minute of our holiday. People can sometimes find minor faults with hotels, but believe me there is not one single fault with this hotel. All the staff from the gardeners to the top management are so friendly and polite, nothing is too much for them. A special thank you to Valentina in the main restaurant at breakfast for being so pleasant, friendly and helpful. The pool waiters are cheerful and ordering drinks through the Atrium ap Is so easy, you never need to go to the bar. We ate in all the a la carte restaurants and everyone is worthy of 5 star excellence, they border on fine dining. Entertainment is good and varied each evening. Overall the hotel is probably the best we've ever stayed in. The pools are so clean and plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The gardens and the walkways around the hotel are well kept with beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. Thank you to everyone at Atrium palace for making our holiday so memorable.

Atrium Palace - where you really are the guest

Just returned from a 5 star stay at the Atrium Palace. I'm really fussy about hotels and this one excels. I cannot fault the genuine personal service from the staff, from check-in to departure you are their guest and you know it. I met a man who was on a 10th repeat visit and I now know why. Beautifully kept hotel, food consistently high standards and location is great near Lindos. As a family of 4 adults we found the Premium All Inclusive option worked well for us and represented good value for money considering the facilities, food etc. Too many wonderful staff to mention but shout out to Roan and Michelle on the ents team, Lukkas who runs the beach (you must do the boat trip), Antonia in the restaurant and the fab Yoga teacher. We hired a car/used taxis and visited Tsambika Beach for a 'tropical beach day feel', Rhodes Old Town, Kalithia Springs and Lindos. So much more on this Island to see - will return and of course it will be to the Atrium. Book - you won't regret it.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and great atmosphere

I have stayed at this hotel three times with my family, and we checked out yesterday. The hotel is excellent, with outstanding staff. In particular, Lukas stands out for always being cheerful and creating a great atmosphere on the beach. Every day at 11 a.m., he offers guests free watermelon. The food is very good, and the main restaurant offers a different themed buffet each day, where you can choose between a buffet, a set menu, or both. There are also four additional restaurants on site. The pool areas are well maintained, and sunbeds are always available. The hotel also provides free towels for both the beach and pool. Ordering food and drinks is done through an app, both at the pool and the beach, which means you do not need to go to the bar. Everything is delivered directly to your parasol quickly and efficiently. The WiFi is also reliable and works well throughout the hotel. The beach is a pebble beach, and the water is very clear and crystal blue. There are also toilets at the beach and a beach bar. The hotel also has a small shop by the pool area, and there is a local shop located right next to the hotel. There are also many friendly stray cats around the hotel, which adds to the charm. The location is convenient, with Lindos only a few minutes away by taxi. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and minibar refills. The hotel is suitable for all ages, with entertainment for children, kids’ pools, and daily water aerobics at 12:15. The overall noise level is generally good, but it can get a bit loud in the evenings due to the entertainment. The only minor downside is that during dinner you sometimes have to wait a short while before the waiters come to the table to take drink orders or anything from the menu. In the evening at the bar, after you finish your drink, they don’t usually come back to ask if you would like to order anything else. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, largely thanks to the friendly staff who make the stay exceptional. The atmosphere is lively, with evening entertainment, and during the FIFA Worldcup, matches are shown at the main bar. 10/10, will definitely come back again!

Beautiful Hotel

A beautiful hotel with great staff who are very helpful. Everything is immaculate and well maintained. Our room was spacious with everything we needed. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. One tip for the hotel.... please tell your guests about your week stocked supermarket. When we arrived our luggage was missing for two days and the receptionists never told us about it. We ended up visiting another town and spent 70 euro in taxis to get there and back when we could have bought all we needed at the hotel.
