A Truly Amazing Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, wonderful. The staff truly make the place special, a huge thank you to the entire team, from the attentive front office to the courteous restaurant staff and the efficient cleaning crew. The hotel's location is fantastic, situated on the famous Lamai beach with an abundance of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The rooms are a real highlight, offering a spacious and well-appointed sanctuary with extra-large bathrooms and bathtubs. It's a perfect retreat for both families and couples. It is imperative to note that our experience was soured by the behavior many European guests. A significant number of guests are from the western world, and we encountered many were loud, unruly, and lacked basic social etiquette. Their disrespectful attitude towards the local culture and staff was shocking. We noticed them being demeaning and demanding towards the local employees, which was disheartening to see. While this issue is not the hotel's fault, I believe they should take a firmer stance. Thailand has strict laws regarding tourist conduct, and I urge the hotel staff to report such guests to the police, who I'm confident would handle the situation professionally.

Fabulous peaceful resort

A simply wonderful place to spend a few nights or longer, a peaceful tranquil resort with superb staff who simply cannot help you enough, Perfectly located on the beachfront but far enough away from the centre of Lamai Beach to be the perfect location. 15 minute walk down the beach to the main resort centre or a few minutes ride in a taxi. Plus if you don’t fancy the journey there are great restaurants literally on the doorstep of this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and I am sure we will return.
