I stayed at Avani Ao Nang for three nights, from August 5th to 8th. On the first day, I couldn’t check in right away because I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, so I decided to try the hotel spa. The spa staff were very kind and gave great advice. They also offered a variety of promotions, which convinced me to get a massage there every day during my stay. When I checked in, the reception staff were all very helpful and friendly, always smiling even though they seemed quite busy. The breakfast at Avani Ao Nang had a good variety of options, typical of Avani standards. During my stay, I especially enjoyed the spa the most. The room itself was quite spacious with a nice atmosphere, although there were a few cleanliness issues—some dust clumps were visible because the housekeeping hadn’t swept thoroughly, and the room had a slight odor. However, when I reported this to reception, they quickly addressed the problem, which I appreciated a lot. I want to commend all the staff for their excellent assistance. On my last night, I went to the bar on the 6th floor near closing time. The atmosphere was quite quiet, and during that time, a staff member named Bird came over to talk to me. That was very nice, especially since I was traveling alone and didn’t have many chances to socialize. This made my stay very memorable.
