Perfect place to stay in Ao Nang !

Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi exceeded my expectations! I can recommend this resort without hesitation based on my wonderful experience. The setting is perfectly situated approximately 12 mins to Ao Nang beach. There is everything you could possibly need around the hotel- including American favourites such as Starbucks and McDonalds. Although I myself never stepped foot in these since the local businesses have wonderful coffee and food ! It’s also worth mentioning the facilities of this resort are top notch and exceptional for the price point. Also, the buffet breakfast is honestly amazing with a great variety of tasty food. Finally, the staff were all excellent and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Thanks for the memorable stay !

This hotel stay was a 10/10 for us. We stayed in one of the villas as we are light sleepers and had seen rooms near the street were vulnerable to noise. The room was very nice and spacious with lovely views. The staff were absolutely amazing in the hotel, from the men driving the buggy’s, to the waitresses at the cliff bar and the therapists in the spa - everyone was lovely and gave a personal touch and remembered us during our stay down to the cocktails we had. The location was great and if we visit Ao Nang again we’ll definitely be returning to this hotel!

Brilliant stay, lovely place, Yob was extremely attentive and accommodating both on arrival and when checking out with the help of the buggy service and our cases. Always very friendly when seen around hotel aswell, lovely man!

Perfect location, poor sleep experience

My boyfriend and I stayed here for four nights. On arrival, we were required to pay a 2,000 Thai baht deposit, which isn’t refunded until around two weeks after your stay — something we found quite frustrating. Unfortunately, the room had an unpleasant smell, and my partner didn’t sleep well due to constant banging and noise throughout the night. That said, the location is excellent — right on the main strip, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and excursions. We booked trips to the Phi Phi Islands, Emerald Pool, and an elephant conservation experience, all of which were highlights of our trip. We also spent a day by the pool, which is lovely, although we were surprised to be charged 85 baht for a bottle of water, as we expected this to be complimentary. The standout positives for us were definitely the breakfast and the pool, both of which were very enjoyable.
