We arrived here and were instantly immersed in the beautiful natural jungle like surroundings this hotel is set in. The reception staff were very welcoming and make you feel at home as soon as you walk into the pleasant open reception area. We had a ground floor Deluxe Swim up room which was lovely and had a welcome made on the bed from Coloured ribbons, which was nice. The room person also noticed it was my wife’s Birthday and made another message on the bed with ribbons and left a small cake with a little candle and a box of matches in the room, which was a lovely little touch. Elements restaurant was nice, but excelled in the morning at Breakfast, the variety was unbelievable and caters for everyone. Bonnie, Biw and Benz looked after us most morning and were lovely. We ate at the pool Bar everyday, the Italian Mi Scusi and the food was fantastic, Pizza, pasta’s , Calzone, wraps, toasted sandwiches and great deserts. The Two young lads that work there, I don’t see a name badge on them, but they were great young men and really looked after us. Every evening apart from our first night we ate in the Bech House Restaurant. Again the food in there was Amazing, a variety of Thai dishes, Burgers, pork and chicken dishes, and some lovely soups and appetisers. As with everywhere, the staff in there are attentive, friendly and very welcoming. Ying amongst others really looked after us. The Beach Bar is where it says, down right on the Beach, this is where we spent every evening after dinner looking out over the beach and sea. Aun and Kwan looked after us there and never saw our glasses empty. The only negative, and this is from us personally, is that on some all inclusive packages, House wine, red or white is not included. This is disappointing for us as we don’t really drink many spirits or beer especially with Meals. We’ve never come Across this on any all inclusive, and maybe something the hotel and the tour operators can look at. However this takes nothing away from this fantastic hotel, we liked it so much so that we’re already planning and pricing up for next year. Hopefully some wine will be available then 🤞🤞🤞🤞
