Good resort for family

We love the hotel which provided a lot of facilities. Rooms are clean, front office staffs, housekeeping staff and f&b staffs are very friendly with smile. The only one thing that we don't like it are the service staff at kids club, they don't even smile to us when we bring our kids into the kids room but they turn to smile to their fullest when see a European or non Asian guest came inside. We felt been treated double standard and this is not supposed to happened in chain hotel.

Lovely family resort with excellent service

We stayed for 13 nights in a 2 bed pool suite which was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of activities for children of all ages, we loved the paddle boards and kayaks which are free to use on the beach. The kids also enjoyed going to the games room. Lots of different pools to use and you could always find a sun bed no matter what time of day it was. It was Songkran whist we were there and the hotel put on some amazing celebrations so we really felt part of it. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods but some days it could feel a little chaotic due to the amount of guests but the staff were always polite and helpful. The staff make the hotel, they are so friendly and helpful and can’t do enough for you. We had a couples spa treatment and had the best massage I’ve ever had which as a Spa Therapist myself, can be very tricky to find. We did eat dinner in the hotel a few times which was reasonable for a hotel but there are lots of restaurants along the beach to eat at, our favourite was Be Friend. Across the road is a small, well stocked supermarket and money exchange. We got a local taxi to the night market a few times which is roughly 15 minutes drive. If we come back to Khao Lak we would certainly stay here again. Thank you to all the staff, you are truly amazing!!

Very nice experience. Beautiful beach, excellent food in all the outlets. Friendly staff and many many things to do with kids. Wall climbing, kids club, water joga, basketball. Very well equipped gym. Recommend to try the private Muai Thai lesson with James. ✨️
