Avani Palm View- a home from home stay

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 night stay at the Avani Palm View apartment hotel. This place is a gem and is perfectly placed at the foot of trunk of the Palm Jumeirah. Tram is within easy reach giving options to go to Dubai Marina or closer to the Burj Al Arab. You also have the monorail just a stone’s throw away to get as far as the Atlantis Adventure Waterpark with a mall stop along the way. Taxis are plenty which are needed to go to other city attractions such as Burj Khalifa etc We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was well appointed and has all the every day essentials. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous with plenty choice to suit all tastes. A great choice of Continental, Asian, Arabic food options which changed everyday. This hotel has offered us a great base and getaway to rest and enjoy what Dubai has to offer. There is a pool which is quite small but is well kept with adequate sun beds. We were venturing out most of our time so it wasn’t an issue. What makes this hotel 5 star class is the service and the wonderful staff who are all very welcoming and always willing to help and guide. A special mention to Andrew and Bilal (concierge)- Andrew met us with a smile every morning and was extremely helpful with advice and directions! Thank you to the team at breakfast for bringing the best omelettes and coffee to our table - Sandy, Zwe, Lin and Dipesh! Last but not least a huge thank you to the housekeepers who worked hard to ensure we came back to our freshly clean rooms every day- Nirmal and Roshan! The hotel have such great people who put in their all to ensure guests are well looked after and happy! Thank you Avani Palm View and we will certainly be back.

Gopal and Sunil the house keeping team were excellent. They worked hard , changed everything for us. Extremely helpful and friendly. The room views were magnificent. The pool was to die for. Thoroughly recommended. We would def return back to the hotel and will tell all our friends.

My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom room for the past 2 months. It’s very spacious and clean with a beautiful view. The house keeping team Gopal and Sunil always clean the anprtment and arrange our bed sheets neatly. They are very helpful and attentive.
