The rooms are very beautiful and super clean. There were no insects at all, not even a single bug. The hotel is very tidy and the staff are extremely friendly and kind.

I enjoyed a lot in my stay at avista, breakfast staff was amazing and we enjoyed out stay there and I want to mention a special thanks to elia for surprising us with a small honeymoon gift it was nice from him and we will be back for sure in the future.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at the Avista Hideaway Patong- M Gallery. A woderful 5-star hotel in Phuket nested on the high hills of Patong offering great forest and ocean views...worthwhile to share our experience ! The second we set foot at the lobby we were warmly welcomed by the most professional staff and felt genuine hospitality, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We were escorted to our private pool villa to freshen up and then taken on a quick tour of the hotel showing us the 3 pools available. Each one of the pools had a special vibe and signature decor with different scenic views on either the beautiful flora or ocean. Our villa was very spacious offering an intimate pool, exterior bath, outside and inside showers and the most comfortable bed. The exceptional quality of the food was what marked us the most. Michelin star Indian and steak house restaurants, a breakfast to remember and one of a find floating breakfast, which was hands-down the best we've ever had in Thailand. All this together made our stay one not to forget ! Special thanks goes to Majda, whose sense of hospitality was off the hook. Very kind and professional person who made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm welcome, extreme attention to detail and overall VIP Service truly made all the difference. She had non stop supervision over our villa making sure we lacked nothing. Made sure we received small treats and did her best to make sure my wife's birthday was celebrated in a perfect manner - from colorful decorations to personalized birthday cakes. Everyday was filled with surprises ! A Huge Thank You to all of the staff at the Avista Hideaway Patong for a beautiful holiday and overall great experience. We will definitely come back and recommend this resort to our friends and family.
