A very nice stay

A very nice , well located with very decent snorkelling around it. The rooms are a bit older but everything was really clean and everything worked as it should. We had a second floor seaview in the family area - the rooms were very ample with a very nice balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. There were plenty of chairs and cabanas around the pool - there is no sandy beach - but they set up a really nice sandy area in front of one of the two restaurants. The main restaurant Xuhal - we found to be outstanding in all aspects and an really good value - the octupus was by far the best i have had on the island. Access to the ocean is via a wood dock , or some stairs where you can either jump or walk in no problem - clear turquoise water free of sargazo. The only minus we found was the second bar/restaurant - where they had a number of issues with service and food availability. Overall a very good stay - we would have extended our stay but they were unfortunately booked up.

No hot water& everyone we talked to didn’t have hot water Paid for breakfast included but no where did it say buffet Pool water was cold !!! Could not use Hot tub was lukewarm & light floating around not safe No water provided in room … say water filtered … tastes like chlorine Only one wash clothe in roomml First night only Asian menu 2nd night out of everything Never again

Little slice of paradise!

To say my husband and I loved our experience here would be an absolute understatement! The service and staff was incredible, our view was out of this world, the hotel was very clean and well maintained, food was yummy and the non -alcoholic passion fruit drinks were my absolute favorite. We took the yoga class, and not only was it a great class, but the view can't be beat. We also have to call out staff member, Marco, who was so kind and helpful. Marco's the man! If we ever find ourselves back in Cozumel, we will absolutely rebook here.
