Really good, nice villas!

After spending both Christmas and New Year evening here at this lovely villa community it’s time to get going! Really big house with master bedroom, and two more guest bedrooms, separate toilets and big living room with kitchen in the front end for your own cooking! The community restaurant is really good!!! And actually cheaper that to go in to Phuket and even among the better one I’ve been to! And 40-50m pool… I guess it’s enough! So come and enjoy!😍😉👍🥂🍾

Extremely quiet place

If you are looking for a quiet place to relax away from the maddening crowd then this place is for you. The apartment is duplex very spacious. There is no shops around the vicinity you need a car to get to 7 eleven and going to Patong is a one hour ride. There is nothing much to do here except relax. Amenities like soap shampoo & conditioner are in miniature bottles and only 2 each which is supposed to last you for a week stay and an only clean your room once during your stay. There is one restaurant and there is no one eating there.You have to carry your own luggage as there is no one to help.

Beautiful and Best Value of money

The place is so nice and quiet. The villa have big private pool. The rooms and bathroom were very beautiful. It would be good if you rent a car as it's a bit far from the City Town, taking around 30 mins from Phuket city. There are 2 parts; Hotel and Villa. I stayed at Villa, which was fit to my family; 2 adults and 2 boys. There is nice kitchen, you can cook the dinner food by yourself. During the time I stay, the safe was out of order, the staff try so hard to fix but cann't, but it's OK. The room price is very good, best value for money. I plan to visit here when I goto Phuket next time.

Beautiful villas

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS PLACE DOES NOT GET MORE TRAFFIC!Honestly, the best thing anyone can do for themselves is book this villa.Like now!Gobsmacked is an understatement.This place is like heaven.Best place for an honeymoon.Best accomodation i have ever been in.With how cheap it was we expected something average but I was blown away.This villa is well manicured and in the middles of greenery.Right next to the beach.You have your own pool and cooking facilities.Housekeeping regularly.Friendly staff.Only downside is no microwave but this detail is insignificant because of everything else.We plan on coming back here with friends and family as we are here for our honeymoon.This place is 5 star!Trully amazed.The main bedrom is huuuge with a his and hers sink and a big shower.Downstairs there is a second bathroom that is equally big.And of course a toilet so you dont have to go upstairs.Just the perfect getaway place.

Waiting on Refund

When I first rented this property it was with my credit card. Closer to the trip my friends and I changed it to a pre-paid Visa. The resort charged the original card. Upon arrival I told the staff what had happened. The stated that they would issue my credit right away. They charged the the new credit card for the two night (as booked). Problem is now, its been a month and I'm still waiting on my refund! I contacted them four times on booking.com and twice on the phone. I was told that they would contact the finance department via email on the phone apparently the staff was attending a memorial for the King. Afterwards, maybe twice weekly I have contacted them via email with no response. If I do not, get a response by Wednesday I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charges. PS while as were there for 2 days we had cold water and dont eat at the restaurant the breakfast was horrible!
