Amazing Private Villa and outstanding service

We stayed at the Balu Nyuh Gading villas for 12 nights and the staff and management made us feel very special. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. During our first days we received the breakfast in our room and even once a floating breakfast in the pool. The rooms are very spacious and get cleaned every day (they always ask before you leave the villa, if the villa can be cleaned). We loved every single moment there. We will for sure be back the next time when in Bali.

Outstanding service & beautiful location

Upon arrival at Bali Nyuh Gading Villas we were instantly blown away by the beauty of the accommodation. We were promptly greeted by the staff for check in and offered fresh watermelon juice while we chose our breakfast. Wayan took the time to listen to everything we needed and continued to ensure our needs were met during our stay. We were then shown to our 2 bedroom villa which was in immaculate condition. Each morning we woke up to the wonderful staff with our chosen breakfast at the time we selected. There is a variety of delicious breakfast options to chose from, with fresh juices and Balinese coffee. Nyah Gading Villas is a beautiful place to stay, the staff are attentive, kind, helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Wayan and Putri Harmaya for making our stay fantastic. We cannot wait to return in October 2020 and see all the staff again. Some other services we used while staying: - incredible massages available in your room - Shuttle - free shuttle into Seminyak, - Local restaurant delivery in the evening (delicious food delivered in around 30 mins) - Drivers available and scooter hire - Laundry - taken and returned at a reasonable price. The washing smelt lovely. Happy new year!

Private Villa but basic

The privacy was probably my fave thing about this hotel. The hotel staff where very friendly. The pool was cleaned every day. Room was spacious and good air con. Staff dropped us off to local landmarks one way for free. Free airport transfers. Overall I would stay again if issues where resolved as the rest of the holiday and the pool where amazing. Food items where left out even after we asked for it to be cleaned. This caused birds/bats to make a hell of a mess to the point we did not use the outside living area. Breakfast was very limited in choices. You where allowed one cooked breakfast item per person but the portion was so small it was not worth it. The towels where probably the worst thing as they where very old and grey looking for a supposed white towel. A lot of ants but it was outdoors so can’t really fault the hotel in that. Rooms do need a slight refurb as things are starting to look chipped/broken.

This place is outstanding we have stayed there for three incredible days,Amazing food and excellent service and Super friendly staff so helpful attached is a candel light dinner setup by them..I recommend it for honeymooners.
