My partner and I booked this hotel for three nights via Booking.com. The hotel is 35 years old but is located on a beautiful beach in Nusa Dua. The architecture features traditional Balinese design, and the room was large and clean. Unfortunately, our food experience was very disappointing. We had dinner at the 24-hour restaurant, where the waiter mixed up our order and brought the wrong dish for my wife. There was no apology, and she had to wait another 10 minutes for her meal while mine was already in front of me. The buffet breakfast was average and definitely not up to five-star standards. Surprisingly, the hotel does not serve Indonesian food in the breakfast buffet. When I asked a staff member about this, he confirmed that local dishes are not included, which was both disappointing and sad. On the positive side, the pool was very inviting, and the pool bar staff were friendly and helpful. However, the beach was dirty and not at all like the photos. It was unattractive and poorly maintained. We won’t be returning to this hotel in the future
