The service was fantastic from the reception to the restaurant, all the hotel staff did their part! At the restaurant the two staff Aeh and Ri-Tar were very welcoming to us and served us well for 4 days straight during breakfast time. The rest of the hotel guests were very accommodating to our needs, completed with a view of the cliffs nearby, we would strongly recommend to come again! Afiq

Remarkable service from the very start. They upgraded our room free of charge and were extremely helpful with any questions asked. Our room was spotless, the bed was so comfy and it’s a shame I couldn’t take the pillows home! Breakfast was brilliant as there was a wide range to choose from, specifically Toh, Tar were so lovely and offered great service in the restaurant. The pool was amazing with arguably one of the best views in Krabi. Overall I would give Ban Sainai nothing less than 5 star and will definitely come back!

Friendly Staff and Wonderful Stay

All the staff, including Nadia at the pool, as well as those at the restaurant and reception, were very kind! I don’t know all of their names, but thanks to them, I had a very comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the reception staff who kindly helped me with phone reservations. The accommodation itself was wonderful, and if I come to Krabi again, I would love to stay here once more.
