I book for Celebrate Vacation, and hotel upgrade us for beach front see view deluxe that we are not expected with all set up in the room for Celebrate, This is the first wow moment. After check in they bring us for the tour around hotel to see the location then send us to the room. After enter the room my boyfriend give me the ring 💍 that give me really surprised this all coming true on our Vacation we spend time here from 28 July- 31 July 2025 enjoy at the bar beach front ( Kred Kaew ) and Naka Restaurant from the first day please give special thank you to K.Jayda front reception K. Rem Front Host guest relationship K. Noom & K. Khem Bar team and especially K. Saina from Naka restaurant that she always exceeds our expectations for the service and remember all details that we like every time when we enter the restaurant your hotel is top notch on the list we are very appreciate and always in our memories ❤️

Our first visit to this resort. The beachfront and views are gorgeous. It is large enough to have all the amenities but small enough not to feel crowded. Facilities are well kept and the grounds immaculate. But the most impressive part of the experience is the staff - skilled, very well trained, genuine, and attentive. A special thank you to Daria, our designated host, for the personalized attention and her kind way of welcoming us and making us feel at home. Daria is an outstanding example of first class service business asset. Because of her and the other F&B staff we will be booking another holiday at the resort in the coming months.

If in Krabi Banyan is worth visiting

Second time in Krabi and first time at Banyan. The resort is wonderfull and we spent there great time. Their food offer is remarkable especiallly when it comes to breakfasts, the buffet is very wide and tastefull. Staff is very attentive and rooms are very nice, especially those with private pools. If I am back in Krabi I will definitelly choose Banyan once again.

I enjoyed a lot in my stay in Banyan Hotel, Banyan tree Hotel it’s amazing and from the best hotels that i have ever seen, because They have incredible and so special services. You’ll get 2 times room service per day. Breakfast Buffet were perfect and delicious
