Staff: The staff needs to be friendlier, more customer service-centric, and flexible to the policies (read the room). Several times staff harassed my daughters (6 & 7) along with my wife about what was proper dress code inside the buffets, despite them being pool bars or serving breakfast. It also appeared that there were exceptions made for other individuals but that flexibility and understanding was not afforded to our party. Bartenders need to be more consistent with the offerings and what they are able to make at the bars. At some bars, they offered a broader variety of drinks and when ordering at other bars they rudely would say they are incapable of making the same drinks. Food: Please stop Americanizing food. That is not your cook's or the kitchen staff's strength - MOVE away from cooking/prepping food they are not accustomed to. Simple menu items such as hashbrowns and french fries were either overcooked and burnt or soggy. Travelers go to Mexico for their delicious cuisine. Customer service was abysmal. It was not present and when you did interact with staff, they were rude, abrupt and threw their limitations or policy at you. Despite spending thousands of dollars to stay at the property.
