Family Retreat with 3 kiddos during Springbreak

Great Family Retreat, one of the best beaches in the area and plenty of things to do without the noise or business. We enjoyed the kids club (Barcy) and loved the staff kindness and attention to the kids during the day and at the night activities. Kudos to Susana O, Sarani M, Lulu C and Zara H, they are awesome. 😜

We were in this hotel for second time. First time was much better, but this year the service was poor. All restaurants service, reception and bars. Can give aa lot of examples but ndont have this time. If the management take care of the staff and the service will be amazing hotel

Always a great stay!

This was our 15th time at the Barcelo and are looking forward to our 16th stay planning for December. We are bringing friends with us. This will be their second time. We love the snorkelling, food, people, friendliness, and everything at the Barcelo. We have stayed in the Colonial, Tropical, Palace, and Riviera. Our favourite is the Colonial. It most central to what we like to do and feels most like Mexico with colours, design etc. Thank you for all you do to make our stay so memorable every time we are there!

Our 2nd time visiting the Barcelo Maya Tropical. Huge resort, always something new to check out or somewhere new to hang out at! Our girls loved getting out of the sun and joining in the fun with the ladies at Barcy Colonial! We remembered Sarahi from our last trip, which made things that much more exciting to be back! Thank you Sarahi, Lulu, Susana and Zaira for all the Fun and taking care of our girls! We look forward to next time!
