Great Staff!

Our family stayed for over a month, and the best part of our experience was the staff. They were consistently attentive and eager to assist with any issues we encountered. Theo at the front desk was exceptional, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Chris and Dennis also provided invaluable service. Given its location and the multitude of activities available, I highly recommend Barcelo Residences.

It's a very nice hotel. We arrived in the morning, checked in almost immediately, without waiting for 15-00. They gave me a good room, even as I understand it better and more than it was booked. The room has everything that was stated at the time of booking - a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, coffee machine, necessary utensils and a set for tea and coffee), a snow-white bed, a bathroom and a toilet are all as written. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym on the 1st floor, everything worked according to schedule, without any problems. There are not enough wall clocks in the pool and gym (sometimes you swim in the pool, and to see the time, you need to go out and watch it on your phone). The solution always works, all questions and requests are always answered. It's nice to chat with the friendly Theo and Nafiz. The beach is just over 1 km away, but it's good. A representative of Voyage is located at the decision (Natalia was with us). I recommend that you watch the tours with them. I would like the deposit amount to be specified in advance when booking, as I plan my vacation expenses. I recommend this hotel for a choice of vacation or accommodation.
