Barcelo Teguise Beach

My wife and stayed here for 10 nights. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed and we were checked in very quickly and given to bags with water fruit a sandwich and yogurt. Our room was overlooking the pool and the room was large with an outdoor hot tub on the balcony and a very comfortable large double bed. The breakfast layout and the choices were outstanding and everything we tried was absolutely fantastic. We also had dinner in the restaurant one of the evenings and again it was excellent. There is a choice of bars which offered excellent entertainment as well as table service. The hotel is Adults only and we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Possibly the best 4 star hotel we have ever stayed in and it could be described as a 5 star hotel. All the staff working here are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring Costa Teguise.

Came back after spending 10 nights here last year . Arrived late in the evening and quickly went to get some food in the Atlantic restaurant before it closed. We were greeted by Antonia ( who does all the entertainment as well) . She immediately recognised us from the previous year. We found her and all the staff to be really helpful and friendly. The room was lovely with air conditioning and a huge bed , plus a great outdoor area that overlooked the pool. Getting a sunbed seemed to be a problem this year , and if you were not up by 8am you struggled to get one . Good choice of food in the Atlantic, plus some great entertainment in champs . Definitely enjoyed our 10 nights

This is the 4th time in 18 months that we have been to this hotel (so I think that says something) each time it gets better and better. On 9th June it was my wife's birthday and the barcelo staff helped me arrange a surprise, as usual it was clean, pleasant, and relaxing, the staff as usual were fantastic. Looking forward to my next stay soon.

Second visit to the Barcelo in Teguise. We had a fab week around the same time last year so decided to return agian based on the quality fo the rooms and the all inclusive options and especially the staff. This year we still had a great time but would say that the previous year there were not issues with getting sunbeds while this year there was daily tension and upset in the morning mainly due to, if you were not at the pool by 8am you could end up having no sunbed for the day. The other slight negative was the buffet restaurant this year did not seem to vary as much as last year in menu. It felt after a few days that every night was mainly the same core menus with small sectiosn offering a theme. The food was still of good quality but it was just a bit repetivite and my partner struggled with the menu. The plus and its a big plus is the staff. The staff are great and really frienly and attentive. Special shout outs must go to Antonia who runs all the pool side entertainment each day on her own. She is so welcoming and friendly and fantastic at her job and was one of the main reasons we returned this year so was great to find here still working there. Shes is fantastic and deserves a lot of praise for all the work she does everyday. Also shout out to the 2 Mohammods who work in the restaurants and champs bar who were so welcoming. We did find all of the staff to be extremely welcoming so this is a massive plus. I would recommended staying here but hopefully they add more sunbeds as no one wants to be up at crack of dawn on their holidays to get a sunbed by the pool.

I'd give the resort and staff 10 stars if I could, from the moment we arrived Dominic at reception went above and beyond to cater for our need's and he really set the tone for our experience at Barcelo Teguise, all the staff were amazing, literally all of them were friendly, welcoming and helpful especially the staff at the Champs bar who felt more like friends by the end of our holiday. The facilities were all clean and modern, the food was amazing (I gained a stone in 4 days I ate so much), the atmosphere was relaxing and we were blown away as soon as we entered the resort. The room was perfect in everyway, the sea view from the balcony was beautiful and even better when sipping champagne whilst sat in a jacuzzi. The location was brilliant aswell with the resort backing straight onto the beach which its self has a variety of bars, restaurants, shops and the local area was very vibrant with alot going on. I booked this trip for my partners 40th birthday and she wasnt disappointed, we both had an amazing time and will be visiting again in future for sure.
