Another wonderful stay!

Booked a last minute break and so glad we did. From the lovely welcome from the staff on reception shout out to Dominic we were once again delighted with our room. Very spacious and comfortable and a bottle of cava! Weather was really hot sometimes too hot to sit in our favourite rooftop dining area for lunch. Food was great - plenty of choice / widest of any Barcelo I believe and drinks always premium brands. Activities by Antonia were varied and always well attended and we appreciated all the entertainment in the B Lounge and Champs. Staff were always the top reason for us returning and we loved seeing them all! Special thanks to Yulena in Breezes, Bryan in Champs, Dayanna in the restaurant, Estafania in charge of restaurant you made our week together with the rest of the crew! We will be returning once again fir the bew year!

What a beautiful hotel Everything about the place was amazing Our room was beautiful 3047 the staff work so hard and are so lovely I was with my mum who uses a wheelchair and all the staff were so helpful in getting her in and out her chair A big shout out to dayanna and alex in the cocktail bar they worked so hard and always had smiles on their faces also the restaurant manager was so nice and very helpful but in all honesty all the staff were great Food was amazing, hotel was clean and will 100% visit again Night entertainment was varied but our favourite had to be ginger and spice

Rooms are grubby , small and dated , place requires a deep clean , staff hiding not wanting to serve . Limited drinks menu with watery cocktails (no/low alcohol) overall lacking and disappointed , I actually feel robbed paid good money for all inclusive and was left wanting food and drink , avoid and go elsewhere !

The rooms include a new concept, the B-Room, fully equipped and inspired by traditional local architecture. Most of the rooms have whirlpool baths either indoors or on the terrace. The hotel has revised its whole cuisine and offers a modern, cutting-edge style in all its bars. In addition, several activities and new services for adult guests have been added, including a superb U-Spa, 2 Infinity swimming pools, a gym and other facilities.
