Located 10 metres from the sea, the family-run Batelo Hotel Adults Only offers air-conditioned studios with a balcony or terrace overlooking the Ionian Sea. It is 800 metres from the village centre. Featuring bright colours, all units at the Batelo Hotel Adults Only feature a desk, a flat-screen TV, a safe and ironing facilities. Free toiletries are also provided and free WiFi is offered throughout. Cleaning and changing sheets and towels is provided every 3 days. Achillion Palace is just a 20-minute walk from the property. Staff can arrange car rental to explore the scenic Corfu Town, 10 km away. A bus stops only 10 metres away. Quiet and relaxing but quite far out from

Batelo Hotel is in a beautiful place right by the seafront in between Corfu Town and Benitses. The views are truly stunning and the hotel is spacious and very clean. Unfortunately the road is quite busy, and access to the hotel is up many very steep steps so not for anyone with limited mobility. Although it is only 1 mile into town, as I said, the road is very busy and windy and there isn’t a path immediately outside the hotel so we did not feel safe walking. The bus stop is right outside, but familiarise yourself with the bus times as they are not always regular or at the same time past the hour. There is a small area to sit by the sea, but I wouldn’t call it a beach. The room we had was more than enough, plenty of space and comfy beds. It was spotlessly clean, but I wouldn’t say completely finished. The bathroom was just plaster - not painted or tiled. Not a problem at all, but don’t expect 5* finish. Good balcony space to sit out, and very quiet. Breakfast is just okay. A small selection but good quality. It’s a few pastries, bread and jams, a few variations of cereals and some ham/cheese/feta. You can have a simple omelette or fried eggs made. We went down for breakfast - it wasn’t offered in a basket. By day three I did want a bit of something different.

Lovely Batelo on the seafront.

A great small boutique hotel. Immaculately clean. Lovely breakfast delivered in a wicker basket each morning and provided plenty enough for lunch too. Super friendly Nikos couldn't do enough for us. Thank you. Not a place for anyone with any mobility issues.... lots of steps to even the lower floor rooms. If you have a car then it's easy to park on the roadside but if not there is a bus stop right outside... tickets can be bought in any supermarket or its cash only on the bus. Cheap still. Would highly recommend this place to base your explorations from.

The perfect break and thank you Athena

An amazing stay at Batelo Hotel. The view from our balcony could not have been more beautiful. I looked forward to our breakfast hamper every morning which was absolutley fantastic and enough food for breakfast and lunch. Check the bus timetable to Corfu as only every hour, which was fine. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been nicer and a massive shout out to Athena who sorted us out with a rental car (e45 including insurance per day) - which was very reasinable. Every suggestion of where to visist by Athena, was spot-on. Perfect in fact and I am so glad we listened to her. I hope the owners of the hotel value Athena as she is the main reason I would return, so Thank You Athena!!!!!
