Such a chilled out relaxed Hotel. Rooms spacious & good views of the Mountains. 3 Swimming Pools & plenty of Sunbeds. Staff friendly & so helpful.

Hotel doing its best to improve

We were sent to this hotel when asur was closed ,having read the reviews I can honestly say I was worried….fast forward 2 weeks and I absolutely loved it .the staff were second to none and as were were a large group(14) they even asked what they could do to improve .any suggestions we made were applied and were ongoing as we left . Some of us have actually re booked for next year .

Great Hotel

I stayed here with a large group of people and had a great stay. The owners are clearly trying to update the grounds and are modernising. The pools are well maintained and the daily room service was good. The hotel is located on the river and there is good access to shops, bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend. Two of the couples who were part of the group have actually rebooked directly with the hotel for two weeks next year!

We really like Bc Spa - positives: great location - pontoon for breakfast, lovely river/cliff views, good, clean pools, female staff lovely, maintenance staff very helpful. Negatives: noisy untimely maintenance noise, decor becoming tired, staff smoking outside kitchens on main path to dining area during service. Cleaning walkways to dining area during morning service made walking v slippery and dangerous. Jacuzzi bath unoperational. We’d like to stay again but only once refurb carried out.

Good location, quiet and relaxing, great staff

This was our third stay at BC Spa. The location is perfect, right next to the river and less than 5 minutes walk into the town. The hotel may be showing a few signs of age, but it was clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. New management of the bar and restaurant have seen improvements in the food and the appearance of the hotel (especially from the river footpath) in the last 6 months. We have booked again for later this year!
