Hotel from hell!!!

Omg where do I start, we stayed here for only 2 nights thankfully… the rooms were dark and dirty, and our balcony was a building site, one pool was cloudy like someone had tipped milk on it and the other was green, they did have a pool that looked ok but looking at the state of the other 2 there was no way in hell was I chancing that. Breakfast was an omelette station with cheese and pepper and mushroom for filling, and there was cheeses and salad stuff, the driest tomatoes and cucumber I’ve ever seen. The staff were non existent I think I see 1 in the 2 days I was there. The river restaurant was always dirty, full of cups and plates with cats on the tables eating the food people had left. Such a shame as this hotel has potential to be beautiful!!! Honestly please AVOID as I’ve stayed in much better hostels ,

Needs money spent on it

The best part of this hotel is its location. On the river front and a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. The room was pokey, the bathroom sink tap wobbled, hot water was sporadic in the afternoons, they only make up the room every three days. There are glasses and towels around the pool first thing in the morning. The staff were OK and the lady on reception helpful. Breakfast is at best ok. Lots of whingeing guests at breakfast. The overall impression is that the hotel is under invested in. It has everything to make it a lovely hotel, it just isn't.

Great spa hotel with really fabulous staff and safe motorcycle parking right outside reception - this is a lovely hotel with 4 pools, decent apartments and a fabulous underground spa and treatments - it's restaurant is right on the magical ancient river with only a short walk into town and to the spectacular tombs and ancient city ruins - the amazing staff really make this place special - being friendly, kind and helpful - I stopped and stayed after extended travelling to rest and relax and it really felt like home - thankyou all for looking after me - Jake, Jacob and Ardan in the restaurant, Iso and Agilu in the spa, Nazar and Ali on reception, the great management and all the team cleaning and making great omelettes and fabulous turkish bread with cay tea - great job and very much appreciated 👍 lovely prople - thanks guys ☺️🙏

Such a shame

We stayed for 2 nights, thankfully. One pool was so cloudy that you couldn't see the bottom. It should have been closed as that is so dangerous. The 2nd pool was ok, though. The room we were given was clean but very dark. It has been a lovely hotel, the marble used is beautiful, and great care must have been taken in the design and build. The gardens are overgrown and seem to have been laterly used as a dumping ground. The side street had piles of wood, marble sheets, and an old fridge deposited over the 3 weeks we were visiting. The staff were not very approachable, and I only saw one smile. The breakfast room was very unorganised and not very clean. The bar at night had no staff or customers, and neither did the jetty restaurant. Outside, the dog is chained up by a chain that could anchor a small ocean liner! It looks so sad. I know people say it belongs to a staff member, but if that is the case, it should be at home. It did have water when we passed, but it doesn't look well fed or cared for. It is a shame because the hotel is well positioned and could be such a viable business and asset to Dalyan.
