We went to Beaches Negril for a wedding with friends. It was absolutely fantastic. The staff there are so friendly, the facilities are clean and in good conditions. There were just the right amount of restaurants, and the food oh my so good!!!! Ice cream at least twice a day, try the fruit loops. We ate at all the restaurants, even the ones that required reservations. A staple group favorite was Soy, shout out to Victoria, she was amazing!!! The beach is clean, safe and well maintained. The water was warm and so clear. The security made you feel safe and no worries. The water sports for us is where they shined the most. Snorkeling with Bubba and Papa Smurf, they are the crew to go to. But all the people working the water sports were amazing!!!! I wish I could remember all their names because they all deserve special thanks and recognition. If your considering Beaches Negril, I say go for it. The resort is large enough but not to big. The staff was great and the amenities never got old. We didn't have our kids with us but we booked another trip to another Beaches while we were there to show our kids how much fun this is. We are counting down the days to 2027!!!!

If you want one of the best family vacations …. Here it is !!! From the food the people the staff the resort !!! Everything about this place is top notch !! I have 3 more vacations booked ! Cameisha Shamar Mark and Junae (in training) AMAziNG!!! Make sure you book Dwayne for your family photos!!! I have been here repeatedly and the service is impeccable !!! Everyone is amazing and my daughter’s Jamaican Auntie Nae Nae is Incredible we will be visiting again over and over

Well our trip has come to an end. As we sit in Club Mobay awaiting the plane to take us home I offer a few thoughts. You can never go wrong with Club Mobay even if they are slow in customs I do not want to risk it. The ride as we all know is like 90 minutes of bumpy roads honking horns and beautiful scenery. We got a Butler Room our room was 725, 726, 727. Amazing views and we saw like 4 weddings and from the balcony we witnessed a first reveal when the bride and groom first saw each other. Rohan and Richard were fantastic butlers. They even got us coconuts to drink rum out of. Mark the bartender in the Piaza Pool bar is the man. Get a Jolly Rancher. Only he knows how to make them. The water slides were great and Im sure my daughter went down them over 100 times. The open one is slower and the enclosed slide they call the Ferrari because of how fast it is. The lazy river is great they turn the jets to it on at 10 same start as the water slides. We did the ATV tour with Jam West and that was fun. Muddy and came with a great spot by the beach for pictures. We did the glass bottom boat ride and we went snorkeling. We brought our own snorkle set ups because using someone else's mouth thing freaks me out. Hahaha We ate at as many restaurants as we could and Rohan had reservations for us the day of arrival. He had an itinerary laid out for our week also. If you have questions about the restaurant ask and I will try and answer. Our top restaurant was Yaku followed by Stella (You really cannot beat the view). I know people have negative things to say but we met so many awesome people and the employees remembered us. Especially my daughter. Lastly go to the pool parties look for the singing mermaid and the crazy gymnastics put on.

Wonderful Family Vacation with Incredible Staff, but a Few Areas for Improvement

We had a wonderful family vacation at Beaches Negril and would definitely recommend it for families. The staff really made our trip special. Highlights: Snuba was such a hit we did it twice. Damon’s calm yet solid leadership and Bobba’s jokes and kindness had our kids grinning ear to ear. Stella was our favorite restaurant—the lasagna with fresh mozzarella was divine, and Charles gave us the best service of the trip. Hibachi with Kevoy was another highlight—his magical voice and fun energy made the night unforgettable. Delly’s positivity during volleyball kept us coming back three days in a row. Our kids even scheduled their day around his tournaments. The shows were great, especially the fire show! It was the crowning jewel on the week's shows. Jose became our son’s favorite and made him feel special by always stopping to say hello. The landscaping was breathtaking. My husband had a tour with Lenroy, who spent an hour sharing his knowledge. Learning from him was a highlight, and the grounds are clearly a reflection of his dedication. We also had family photos taken by Dwayne, who is not only a master photographer but also one of the friendliest staff we encountered. He remembered our names and greeted us warmly every day. A special shoutout to Tyree in concierge services. When our bill had issues due to a system changeover, Tyree went above and beyond—working two phones at once and spending 30 minutes fixing what no one else could. His problem-solving made a huge difference! Areas for Improvement: RFID wristbands for room access would be much easier than carrying keys at the pool or beach. The music at the small pool was so loud in the afternoons that we couldn’t even talk to each other. Most of the concierge team seemed unable to resolve issues on the spot—Tyree was the clear exception. Lastly, we love Jamaican culture and enjoy speaking Patois (this was our fifth trip). The amount of times staff spoke in Patois to each other in front of us or even mid-conversation with us was very noticeable and much more than we’ve ever experienced before. It often felt exclusionary, almost as if we were being talked about, and it came across as rude compared to our past visits. Final Thoughts: Despite a few areas that could be improved, Beaches Negril gave us an unforgettable family vacation. The people we met—Damon, Bobba, Charles, Kevoy, Delly, Jose, Lenroy, Dwayne, and Tyree—are true treasures who made this trip so special for us.
