I had a great experience staying at Bedrock Kuta. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s modern design and calming ambiance made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet, with concept Halal Food. The facilities—especially the gym and pool—were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Whether for business or leisure, Bedrock Hotel Kuta delivers excellent service and comfort. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a high-quality hotel in Bali. Last but not least, my special staf Mr. Arabel take care me with heart, and he's have positive energy. Loved it.

Best "Halal" Hotel at Bali so far♥️

This is my second time come to Bali, and still choose Bedrock Hotel Kuta Bali. They have good concept "halal hotel" i think its nice and enjoyable👍Room cleaned, food its delicious. Staff very humble, especially i want to say very thanks for your reservation, Mr. abel🥰 He is very helpful and have good smile i think. So i will be back someday♥️

Scam- do not book westerners AVOID- will advise they haven’t got rooms available and will try move cheaper hotel

Scam!!! Don’t book! Westerners do not stay here They’re racist and will only check in locals and lie to westerners - spend your money elsewhere and not with this local scam hotel Arrived 10pm at night Booked and paid a month in advance Arrived to a coach of locals arriving to pick up keys approx 50 and I was at back of queue Got to reception. And advised n mo more rooms despite having booked and paid a mth in advance Then advised they would move me to a sister hotel 3kms away with horrendous reviews It’s a total scam!!! Do not book here I’ve contacted Expedia aswell- total scam beware
