We booked this hotel but were shocked to find no security at the gate, no reception desk, and no contact options—no email, no support, no staff presence. The manager was rude, dismissive, and avoided discussing our refund, promising to speak the next day before disappearing. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled awful, while the bedroom's broken air conditioning caused me to fall ill with migraines. Despite this, the manager refused to help and was openly arrogant. We only stayed one night due to an early excursion we couldn’t reschedule—otherwise, we would have left sooner. It was meant to be a special trip for my 30th birthday and engagement. We were forced to spend an additional £235.50 on a new hotel and taxis. The engineer admitted the air con was faulty and said someone would fix it while we were out, but the manager ignored this. We even had to beg a staff member for a small fan just to get through one night. Manager said AC worked when you put your hand right in front of it practically inside it! . And when he walked in from 34 degree heat "it works" well obviously you will feel the difference then stand for 10 mins inside and sweat begins. We had no issues anywhere else on our entire thailand trip we stayed at 4 other hotels. The manager’s failure to provide a safe, healthy, and professional environment ruined part of our trip. He should take responsibility and refund the unused portion of our stay and learn how to communicate. Reviews show this isn’t an isolated incident. I booked via hotels.com who were unable to resolve on 2 occasions, hemce i waited to write a review to give the manager a chance he gave with no actually resonse 'just a this is our policy' i am now disputing via my bank. This place was nowhere near worth the money we paid, so many better places less prices MUCH MUCH more value for money, dont ruin your holiday here.
