Benidorm East Pierre Vacances

We stayed 4 nights over Valentines weekend. Having read the latest reviews we panicked a bit over what we had booked. There was no need. Arrived about 10pm and the staff were friendly, helpful and check in was very quick - even had chocolate hearts with our room key. Room was spotless, although I do agree that a kettle would be nice. Clean bathroom, fresh bedding, mini fridge and balcony. Fresh towels every day. Breakfast was included and there was something for everyone from fruit and cereal to continental or a full cooked breakfast. Plenty of drinks choices. The hotel is a walk from the main beach/shops etc but there’s a shuttle bus if you want it, we enjoyed the walks up and down - prefer to be a bit out of the main centre anyway. Entertainment every evening, we only sat in there one night. Bar staff very friendly and helpful. Yes it was mainly in Spanish but guess what - we were in Spain! Most of the guests are Spanish so why wouldn’t it be? Overall we had an amazing time, and will definitely be booking again.

This hotel was disgusting in every way, from the filthy apartment with dirty floors, dangerous peeling microwave, black on the bath and brown covered toilet to being thrown out after being drugged, beaten and robbed in the street. That's correct, asked to leave after being brutalised by gangsters, this hotel thought that the best way to help me was to kick me out with 6 nights to go and my deposit of €300 and €20 iron deposit kept. And all because I was upset over being beaten and robbed.

Boycott this hotel it promotes animal abuse dolphins in tiny tanks preforming for human entertainment. They are ripped from the wild and anything they know. Its absolutely disgusting why anyone that deranged and scummy would want to go and watch an unnatural performance of abused beautiful creatures. We need to do better as humans!!

Reviewing this hotel on the last day of our stay we are still here on the 19th of January, really can't understand the bad reviews,The staff are lovely and helpful .Hotels facilities are brilliant ,there is a wide selection of arcade games pool table dart board to mention a few ,myself and my husband had some fun there ,lovely little shop in the corner of the bar also if you want to buy some jewellery .pool was close due to renovation ,however they have a lovely little indoor pool gym and sauna .food was standard as most hotels in Benidorm ,buffet style .rooms could do with a bit of updating to be honest small things like tea making facilities would be nice .the room was clean bed comfortable ,only one English Channel on the tv ,but nothing that was of major concern .we had a small problem with the heating and the receptionist had the maintaince team up straight away and sorted it.I was so delighted the hotel listened to my request for a low floor as I have a fear of heights ,they allocated the first floor ,also allowed us to check out at 6 for a small extra fee as our flight was late in the night .couldn't ask for a nicer experience .only thing I would mention is the location is way up steep hills ,but we used taxis to ge back as the hotel has a complementary bus down to the town for hotel residents .thank you from Janice and Dave Dublin Ireland

We had a great time, could not fault the hotel. Everywhere was clean and tidy, staff helpful and buffet for breakfast and dinner was nice with plenty of choice. Yes, as people have said, the hot food wasn’t that hot but was perfectly edible (having travelled through Europe it only seems to be the British who are obsessed with piping hot food). The indoor pool was excellent. Location of the hotel is good, only a 15 minute walk into town and about 40 minutes up to the Benidorm Cross. Yes it’s a little harder on the way back to the hotel from town, but hardly like climbing Everest (and that’s as a moderately unfit 60+ year old)! All the information on the hotel says about the location and the fact it’s up a hill, so there’s no excuse for complaining about that on arrival. We were very happy and would definitely return.
