NOT a 5stars hotel!!!

This is absolutely not a 5stars hotel. I had to book another hotel, leaving "Berry Romantic Villas” before my check out date I don't know how you can call it a 5-star hotel, because it has nothing of a 5-star hotel. The staff doesn't speak English very well, the villas are very old, full of ants everywhere, inside and out. They say they have a restaurant, but that's not true. You can order in your room, but the food is definitely not 5-star. The breakfast isn't like the one in the photos; you have to order it the night before and give a specific time (it's not possible that in a 5-star hotel I have to know the night before what I want for breakfast!!!) Absolutely a no-go for a 5stars hotel.

Berry Amour Romantic Villas was the perfect place for a couple’s escape. The villa was clean, private, and beautifully set up with a pool and jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful vibe. Breakfast could be improved with more local fruit options, but overall, a great experience highly recommended!

We came here on our honeymoon this was the best part or the trip The room is adorable , the pool jacuzzi is amazing we even extended our stay for 2 days The service was adorable the staff is so friendly and helpful Thank you for the perfect stay ♥️♥️♥️

Everything was Perfect! The staffs are very polite and the breakfast is very delicious. There was nothing wrong with the cleanliness; it really was very clean. We spent our honeymoon here and we can recommend it to anyone. Best regards to Wayan, we will miss you too.
