After a long flight, I was punished by this glorified Airbnb with a lift - This hotel is listed as a Best Western Plus but operates more like an Airbnb with a lift. The location is good, but that’s where the positives end. - The check-in process was disappointing. There was no concierge service, even though it was advertised. I struggled with my luggage without any assistance from staff, almost falling! - The front desk team was unresponsive. I only received help after sending a message to the hotel’s Facebook page. - My room was not what I booked. I had reserved a 6th-floor sea view room with a balcony but was given a cheaper ground floor room instead. It took a long time to resolve, and *only after I said I would check out and go another hotel did anyone take action* - The room lacked attention to detail—there was no bathroom lotion, the cleaner hadn’t made the bed properly, and the duvet was left on the couch and is still there now. - At check-out, I was simply directed to the luggage room without support, no tag. The staff member I dealt with just looked into my brown eyes. Best Western no thank you!
