Perfect location 2 mins from beach , reali lovelie atmosphere, lively the rooms were beaut very modern and spotless we got an amazing room 2321 pool view abs perfect 👌 , the cost for all inclusive was brilliant food food food all day long litt as much as you wanted , the only down was the alcohol it wasnt good at all def the only negative! The pools are spotless the amenities gift shop hairdressers supermarket brilliant ... entertainment grt Now for the staff who stood out for me HAMADA this lady was abs amazing so so friendly so helpful had my room abs spotless always smiling nothing too much def an assett to the group 😀 Thankyou Hamada . I will most def be back also we kept the room on checkout which was grt due to my disabilities the rate varies time way and room class dependant and you can only do this on morning of departure .....

I loved the hotel especially the relax bar for adults the bar tender Alex is amazing and really friendly he gets to know you and knows your drinks he’s lovely to talk to and made the hotel better! Even when it was raining he was working and we sat and talked under the umbrella he really did make my holiday! The food is nice and there’s bars near by definitely try the big boss party boat! I would definitely go back!

Excellent hotel ..beds towels changed daily .water in room every day..Food is excellent plenty choice ..we had a family member who was gluten free and ate with no problem as everything is signed..staff in dining are excellent work very hard and look after you well..snack bar open from 11.30 till 5.30.plenty choice and staff work hard there as well ..bar staff work hard to keep tables clean and tidy and queues down ..never had a long wait plus take your drinks to table for you ..Entertainment team work hard through the day to get you involved wirh all the games etc..night time enteetainment is a mix of out side shows and the entertainment team put on a mix of shows which are all very good to watch ..A big shout out too Summer and Lizzie for bringing my grandaughter out of her shell and got her dancing doing yoga mixing and doing painting sand creations ..WELL DONE TO ALL OF THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM KEEP UP YOUR GOOD WORK XXX

Stayed here for 3 weeks lovely stay room was basic but did the job cleaned every day.food fantastic plenty to choose from not enough seating in lobby but plenty on terrace,didn’t really bother with entertainment sat in quieter bit near terrace were Anil looked after us with drinks lovely lad.special mention to Michelle TUI rep and Natalie for help on departing.Snack bar very good and patisserie spoilt for,Alex in adult only pool will look after you and Unut and Ezgi in the lobby bar.Miss the place already love to you all ❤️

Beautiful hotel lovely food was well looked after in dinning room by Unis. APART FROM RECEPTION STAFF ALL OTHER STAFF WERE GREAT. Rooms oh my god awful very small, air con not working ,dirty marks on curtains, no full size mirror, not enough storage space, dirty fridge and very poor lighting. The shower room was marked on tiles at grouting, floor constantly wet at toilet bowl, pedestal for sink was hanging off. Room was very noisy coming from pool area at all times. Bed was so uncomfortable hard as a brick with lumps also like a wood banging sound every time you moved we are both pensioners and saved hard for this holiday which was completely ruined by lack of sleep. On arriving it took staff 50mins to check us in no explanation they keep apologising for this and said they have upgraded the room because of the delay the upgrade was a pool view onto a neighbouring hotel I immediately went back down to reception to complain about the room and was told by the younger man on reception that the hotel was full and if I returned the next day at 12 noon they would change the room no problem as lots of families are returning home and that would free up some rooms. 12 noon the following day I returned to reception an was taken to another room which had unmade beds also a suitcase in it I sure there was someone still occupying that room the view was brick wall and the roof of another building I refused the room, back at reception the staff where rude also laughing when I explaining the room was awful an older man said no more rooms grinning as he did this, I was then told if I paid extra money they would give me a better room although they said there was no more rooms. The most important part of a holiday is a good rest and good nights sleep this ruined our holiday.
