I want to thanks restaurant crew of the hotel. They work non stop and provide best service to customers. But want to say special thanks to Ayşenur and Emine at the main restaurant. Last year they took very good care of me and my family. Hope to see you soon

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. The staff are fantastic especially all the staff that work in the restaurant. Burcu you are amazing. Gorkhan the customer relations representative was so attentive and helped to book our meals in the A La Carte restaurants which I hasten to add are delicious and also we booked a cabana for a day and we were waited on hand and foot this is extra but we'll worth it. There is a hairdressers and beautician on site and they are spectacular. The reception staff are so helpful. I will miss this place so much and I have made so many friends with the staff. Thankyou for making our holiday memorable.

This is a large hotel with a large amount of land space and a nice private beach. There are lots of options where you can sun bathe, given the three different pools and two piers equipped with sun-beds. We went as a couple with no kids but we believe it’s definitely one of the best resorts if you’ve got kids as there are a wide range of activities for them including water slides and kids disco. The food options are quite good, though they may start to feel a bit repetitive if you’re staying for more than a week. The staff, however, truly stand out for their warmth and hospitality. A special thanks to Gökhan, the most caring, friendly and attentive guest relations staff member and Melike, the kindest and most caring nurse, for looking after me after my hands injury. Melike did and used everything she could to make sure my hands don’t become infected and Gökhan offered us two reservations for their a la carte restaurants which was very nice and thoughtful of him. The entertainment team also deserves praise for their friendliness and for always recognizing familiar faces, adding a personal touch to our stay. The gym is quite nice to get some workouts done. While the rooms are fairly basic, they are spacious and offer lovely views ( the air con works quite well as well). Housekeeping could use some improvement, particularly when it comes to changing the bed sheets, which unfortunately wasn’t done daily during our stay. In addition, The music by the infinity pool could be improved either by switching to more relaxing tunes or simply lowering the volume. As it is, it doesn’t contribute to a calm or peaceful atmosphere. Once again, a big thank you to Gökhan for regularly checking in on us and ensuring we were having a great stay.

Where do I start we visited this hotel 8 years as a visitor twice as other family was staying and it was amazing. We said when we retired we are definitely coming as a treat. It was a shock to come here on arrival room was not ready and not just for us. We was taken to our room and couldn't get in went back to reception twice key card reprogrammed then a man came up the door lock and door frame was broken room smell like a public toilet. Air con didn't work glass doors on to the balcony didn't lock as lock was broken. Under toilet seat dried on crystallized urine. So asked for a room change told come back tomorrow. Was shown 4 more not good rooms so we accepted the fourth as best our of what was shown then after unpacking we noticed the balcony window didn't lock like all of them didn't lock to say that they're all family rooms not very safe for children we had to ask them to replace toilet seat as was hanging off the very large mirror hadn't been cleaned and Belkin balcony windows with dirty and one was cracked the full length of the window. Bedding we was told only gets changed if we asked have it changed other guests told us the same. Then the fun started guess what food was going to be hot in the restaurant and ever night was the chips if you got them as they was cooked fresh meat under cooked it's a 5* restaurant never seen a 5*. You have to go to the bar and queue up then was told we have no wine glasses ok vodka and no vodka was, regular. And breakfast well that's was just as bad every thing's what was supposed to be hot was cold. Entertainment was so funny in a bad way and was repeated the second week we were there the same things. Big queues for the bar at night not enough stuff. One on the first week the hotel manager was helping at the bar I complained to him about how bad everything was. So he asked me to come and see the day after for a meeting. Where I told him and his assistant who spoke better English the hotel is never a five star last year we stayed in a three star and it was much better than here the food is appalling the rooms are disgusted and the grounds and foot paths a so dangerous handrails hanging off the walls and I told her in the first week about a swimming pool handrail that was coming out of the ground and the bolts were all showing very dangerous and she agreed the second week of our holidays at towards the end of the 14 days it still haven't been repaired the first week there was four ambulances taking people away from the hotel who had accidents to a badly cut the feet 1 had to have stitches the second week a lady fell by another pole on a broken tile by the pool and broke her ankle. I told the manager if you was to offer me two more week three next year I wouldn't even stay here again I would certainly say think twice before you book this hotel because it's not worth a 3000 Pound that we got on a deal and if we had a paid a week earlier or a week later it would have cost us 5,000 pound and it wouldn't have worth it wouldn't be worth the money at all be very careful booking this holiday
