We holidayed here as a larger family, 2 adults and 5 children. Before arrival I emailed the hotel, after booking which only gave us the option of 2 rooms, asking if we can be next door to each other. Having to sort and separate our family into the rooms, and wanting to be close together. To which they said they also have suites depending on availability, I was told to email again 10 days before we arrive in regards to the "suite" which they replied they didnt know if it was available or not. On arrival, we got our 2 rooms at pretty much opposite ends of the hotel, but "on the same floor". To me, this was not acceptable as I did not want any of my children, all under 13 years of age, having to walk the length of the hotel just to see a parent or other siblings. I asked about the suite to which the reception did not seem to understand or almost want to admit they have one. I then noticed fold up beds outside one of our offered hotel rooms, to which I asked if we could use one which would allow us to stay together. Eventually they did bring us a cot for our baby, and a temporary bed, where we could all be able to settle and spend our time together in the room. The next morning, we were told the suite was now available (I assume after the staff spoke to the manager) and we could move rooms and go into there, which suited us perfectly. More spacious and allowed us to spend our holiday all together and not rooms apart. The swimming pools were fantastic, one large pool to the rear of the hotel (towards the beach, and where the main bar is), a pool with slides (max depth 137cm) and a shallow baby pool with more slides (baby slides) Our kids has the best time in them and were so confident going/jumping in without floats! The food was delicious though very continuous, and cold. Even the chicken nuggets were cold. Bread is served through out the day, but condiments only available in the morning - (butter, jam, chocolate spread) so I had to try and ask for butter for my 18 month old. And found ourselves overloading on it to avoid having to ask again as there was abit of a language barrier. Lots of salad and watermelon! At the snack area, it was mainly chips, salad and pizzas. Which was open from 12-5, with the option of going into the restaurant too from 12-2 All staff were fantastic though and did all they could to help, especially the bar staff and children's "entertainment". Big shout out to them! Furkan çetin kaya, the barman, especially was absolutely amazing. So welcoming and happy every day. He knew our orders before we arrived and always made us laugh and smile. We could talk to him all night! In regards to the children's entertainment, the lady herself was so lovely and welcoming, our chilrden were abit shy but she would always try to invite them over and join in. The entertainment started at 9pm most nights, and they played around 4 songs in which the children dance to. The mini kids club, was open in the day, at the front of the hotel where the baby pool is and the pool with slides, they could go in and play, in an air conditioned room, but anything else ie t shirt painting, sand making (which our children loved) cost extra, around €10per child. The cleaning staff again were all so lovely and would get you anything you needed. Cleaned the rooms and made the beds amazingly! Big shout out too to the shop owner on site too, we didnt manage to get his name, but he was very welcoming, helpful and everything he sold was such good quality and he had everything you needed. Every day he would say hello and give the children hive 5s! The beach was a short distance away, under a tunnel that the main road went over, it had another bar, showers and steps going down towards it. Blue fish hotels had their own sun beds/loungers and it had sand going up to the sea, which then turned into rocks. I can imagine it can get very slippy there, so we kept a close eye on the children and didnt let them go too far out. The neighbouring hotels, also had shops that you could visit, which were easily accessible. Night life, the main bar stayed open until 11/12pm. Taxis were easily available at the reception, with prices stated clearly how much it was to which area. Our holiday rep, Borak, met us on the next day at the hotel and was very helpful guiding us to which trips were available and suitable for us, we booked the zoo trip, which included a water fight, foam party and boat trip. Unfortunately we did get poorly whilst on holiday, i dont know wether it was heat/sun stroke, a bug etc but we managed to rebook our trip for the following day, not all of us could go but the ones that could had an incredible and unforgettable day. They got to hold lion cubs and ride a pony or camel (additional prices) and there was around 7 other buses in which you could spray with water guns. Personally, apart from the illness, we all had a fantastic holiday! And would definitely return. For us it was the perfect size (not too busy) so we found sun loungers easily and could enjoy everything fully without waiting for too long. But pointers for others would be to check what shops you have around you, and always ask for prices, if you are wanting to do shopping. They do have alot of shops where prices arent marked and will give you a ridiculous price for things. I did do some research before travelling so knew what was in the area or close by, (15/20min in a taxi) and shops that had prices to go to, any shop that dont have visable prices I do feel they see you coming as a "traveller/holidayer" and will tell you as astonishing price for things you couId get cheaper else where for the same quantity and quality. Also, check prices on everything before accepting anything! Taxis have self-service fridges and the majority display their prices but some dont. Our mistake was paying €40 on our private taxi from the airport to the hotel, for 6 drinks, 2 cans of beer, 3 cans of pop and a bottle of water, which we later worked out should of only been around €17 Lastly, this hotel is around 2 hours from Antalya airport, which sounds like a long time, but personally is definitely worth the long journey. You are around 20mins from alanya which is a big shopping area and there are lots of other entrainment and eating/shopping areas close by. Definitely use Google maps and have a look around and explore what is close by or what you would want to travel too. Princess bags and shoes, is definitely a shop to visit! I found it in tiktok, and it also had a clothes store next door, and were both very helpful getting our sizes and items we were interested in. Overall an amazing holiday, and we would definitely return again!
