Very professional

During my stay at the hotel, I witnessed how professional and dedicated the lifeguard truly is. Someone near the pool had an issue with their foot, and the lifeguard responded immediately with great professionalism.. He is not only highly skilled in his job, but also very kind, approachable, and always present by the pool, ready to assist with any problem. As for the hotel itself, I really enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing! Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Perfect!!!

Our first time at this hotel and we came half board after vowing never to go all inclusive again after some previous bad experience. But after day 2 of our 10 day holiday we upgraded to all inclusive, after discovering that the food is amazing. Consistently good and varied. All the staff are so friendly. The large bar area in the evening is a great space, Ben and Sammi put on some brilliant entertainment, quizzes, fire show etc. the bar staff are great and so are the drinks. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the rooms cleaned every day. Best of all is the location- to the front straight out onto a road with bars/shops and restaurants, as you walk further into Ialyssos you are greeted with a bustling town which is great for an evening mooch. Best of all is the beach - literally right outside the back of the hotel. A stunning place and we can’t wait to return.

A lovely stay and cannot wait to be back again next year!

This is my grandmother and I third time visiting this hotel, and yet again we have booked to go back next year! There is nothing to fault, the staff are very pleasant and welcoming, the food is great with a variety of foods each night with salads and soup available during every meal. This is the first time we had went all inclusive, and we were not disappointed, whilst yes eventually somethings get repetitive ( what else can you expect during a long holiday) you would spend more eating out elsewhere for the duration of the holiday. The staff in the restaurant are so lovely, we sat by the entrance during our stay and loved the service, they even remembered us from our previous visits. The bar in the hotel was amazing, again the staff were super helpful and attentive making our evenings even better. The entertainment team of Ben and Sammy were amazing and super friendly, Ben puts so much effort into all the activities and evening entertainment, especially the fire show night! There are plenty sunbeds by the pool to use if you don't want to pay €4 for a beach sunbed, the lifeguard Kimi is lovely and super helpful if there are any issues. Absolutely no issues or complaints, a very lovely hotel in a lovely area of Rhodes.

Lovely clean hotel. Couldn't fault it. Food was varied. All the Greek staff were lovely, aswell as greek people outside who can't do enough for you. Can't understand anyone complaining about the food on the all inclusive as there was varied selection. Beach bar was lovely. Close to Rhodes centre. Booked with Jet2 who I can't fault either. Thank you Blue Horizon, we had wonderful time!
