Bad service, low quality bungalow

We had a bungalow, first experience after entering it was a "meeting" with approximately 5cm cockroach. After immediately addressing the issue with the reception desk we were offered a spray from insects. We were assured cockroaches are common here and we should not pay attention to them. When asked to change the room they refused. The bungalow itself was old and required renovation: the paint on the walls was falling off, bed was metal construction (my guess would be from 20th century), mattress had been used for so long you could not roll over the bed even if you tried really hard, that is how uneven it was. Food was decent except fruits which were from time to time rotten or overripe. Beach area was littered with cigarettes leftovers and other things like packaging, nobody was looking after it except for person who only collected money from people laying near the beachn. Kids playground was nearly as old as the bed in our bungalow, some parts (e.g. metal things) were dangerous, kids could hurt themselves. Reception desk was not at all helpful.
