Blue Marlin Deluxe Spa Resort

I would rate the hotel as average. I’ll try to comment on my experience: my friend and I stayed there from October 9 to October 14, 2025. The food selection was average (compared to other hotels we visited at the same time, it doesn’t quite reach a 4-star level). We booked UAI, but it turned out that the staff, following management’s instructions, were serving equivalents of imported drinks instead of the originals. We definitely felt we overpaid and did not receive the quality we expected. There were no activities or animation, except for a DJ one evening 😉. In the lobby bar area and on the residential floors, dirty dishes were constantly left around — possibly due to a shortage of staff. The rooms were clean and maintained daily. I would not want to return there a second time and do not recommend it. — Aleksandras

We upgraded to family room. Me and my wife had 2 rooms to ourselves. Added an image from the room balcony, we could see the entire pool area. Hotel was clean and the cleaner came daily. Also refilled the minifridge (except one day when we forgot the do not disturb on but that was 100% our fault). The "Do not distrub" and "Needs cleaning" notices are controlled from a swith in room which was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is also great. there were 2 outlet stores and a huge bazaar 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed the beach, the water can be entered from ladders from pier or from the coast. Coast was mostly sandy with a meter or 2 of small rocks, definetly easy to get in/out. Animation was more on the calm side (which was good for us) with disco and dj at the beach every night. They had some events for children but since we have none we didn't check them. On Sunday there was a movie night on the beach which was super chill. Pool area was always super calm and relaxing. I also have to note that during our stay there were 6 kittens living on the hotel area. If you like cats thats a big plus. It was okay to feed them so we bought some snacks from the nearby grocery store for them. Food was also great. Every day was a different menu. Even my wife who is a picky never went hungry. Hotel has additional snack bar and beach snack bar. They also had great alcohol selection (including champagne which a lot of other hotels don't have). One of the reasons we chose this hotel because reviews said the staff doesn't speak Russian. They did however speak English and German. The visitors seemed to be mostly european and didn't have a lot of Russians (if any). The staff was super friendly and welcoming. I would specially like to thank our waiter Bali during the evenings! We dined with him most of the nights and even before we started looking at food he already took our drink orders. I felt a sense on geniuine friendliness and humbleness from him.
