Wonderful place Directly on the beach Nice people Very tasty food We will be back. What you have to dó is tô rent a boat and discover the island. Is magnificent. Caves ,bays and sandy beaches.

We booked to stay in this hotel two months in advance only to be told on arrival that we would need to be moved to a different hotel in the next resort. According to the reception staff (who were rude and incompetent) our travel agent had tried to contact us to let us know - they hadn’t. We then waited about an hour for our transfer to the new hotel who were not expecting us and then we had to wait two hours for a room to be ready for us. All of this completely wiped out the first day of our short (4 night) break. I do not understand how a booking confirmed two months previously suddenly become unavailable, but even if they had made a genuine error and overbooked they could have at least been polite and apologetic rather than rude and dismissive. I have no idea about the quality of the rooms or food but judging by the amount of people coming to complain about things at reception whilst we waited I would imagine it’s not great.

We were unfotunate enough to stayed here for a few days in September. First we had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready and when we were finally given a room, it was filthy. The floor was so dirty, smudges and grit all over the tiles, if you walked with no shoes on it would make the bottoms of your feet turn black. Something has clearly been spilt on the floor and cleaned up with tissue as there were bits all over the floor, and our sheets and towels were not changed once in 4 days. Next was the bathroom, I dont think any of the taps had ever been wiped and the shower was caked is mould, it was absolutely disgusting. Lots of light switches are broken in the room and the cleaners would turn off the aircon once they'd been in, meaning the room was boiling by the time you got back after a day at the pool or beach. Next was the food, awful, it was the same nearly every lunch and dinner time, meat was over cooked and fatty in a tasteless sauce, one afternoon they served what appeared to be friend spam, called turkey roll, in an apparent 4* hotel!! I wouldn't have given the food a 2* rating, they will reuse left over things the next day, such as veg. And the all inclusive drink selection is so, so poor. We ate out for the last 2 days. Its also awful that for a beach front hotel, you have to pay nearly 20 euros for sunbeds and umbrellas. I would not recommend this hotel

We really enjoyed our stay in Liapades village. The Hotel was up to a hill near to the beach. The service we received it was exactly what we expect Polite people and they tried to cover all our needs. Food marvelous with a big variety. An the most important is the clear water. Wonderful. We will see you again.

Most of rooms are overlooking the sea of a small secluded bay with crystal clear waters and some have garden view.
