Nice hotel but not 4*

We went as a couple for a 4 night stay with the intention of doing literally nothing. The hotel isn’t 4 star as known in the UK, it is a reasonable 3 star hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious but we were up a very steep hill, which whilst not a problem for us would be for others. The rooms are not sound proof as we could hear our neighbours alarm at 6am in the morning. Also there is a distinct lack of wifi in anywhere other than the main hotel area, the beach bar and even the beach The food is very nice in the hotel but is several lacking in being environmentally friendly by ensuring that all drinks are served in flimsy plastic cups. All of the staff were very friendly, the staff at the beach bar (paid for but a 20% discount) was also great and a lovely addition. Location wise the view from the hotel and especially the beach was picture perfect in everyway but it is very hilly and thankfully we didn’t have to walk anywhere or even leave the hotel. All in all it was a nice hotel and we would return again for a short break

Great holiday at faulty towers

Starting with positives... Beautiful location. Views amazing from our balcony which was very spacious. Pool very nice well spaced out and of good temperature. Food very good. Good variety. Well presented. Plenty tables no queuing. Nice cold drinks... Great private beach, boat trips excellent value, good beach bar. Negatives.....rooms certainly need good clean. Corners not seen a mob and bathroom not great either. Dated unhygienic shower curtain. Only get fresh towels every 4th day!! And certainly wasn't cleaned every day. Yes lots of steps..on a hill so if have mobility problems of any sort its certainly not for you. Yes plastic cups around pool but surely glass in restaurant would be much nicer for diners. The staff speak little English therefore a simple request for extra pillows took 3 failed attempts...dont get me started on the request for fresh towels. Organised chaos is probably the only way I could describe it. However, saying all this...I visited with group of 3 friends....and we had a lovely time. Basically got we we paid for as wasn't an expensive holiday. We really enjoyed it...totally chilled this was probably as nothing else to do... I've rated 3...also 3star.... Purely due to cleanliness and not great staffing. Think go back to basics, get some good daily cleaning routines rotated update staffing and this could be a better place to stay.

Unexpected satisfaction during our week break in Corfu and Blue Princess. All over the place we had a very warm welcome from the Hotel staff. The view to the bay of Liapades was marvelous. We recommend the place and the village We recommend the place since the service was excellent also for food and cleanliness. We will be back.

Nice break in Corfu

We have returned from a week in Corfu and the village of Liapades. We booked the Blue Princess after a recommendation of our friends. Fortunately the choice was good. Nice food ,good service clean room and on the top a wonderful view to the ocean. We hope to have the possibility to visit again the village of Liapades and the Hotel. Keep going to continue like that.

Worse hotel

Safe to say this is not a 4 star hotel,one star at best. The lack of cleanliness in the rooms and cleaners that was supposed to be daily never happened. I had to empty our own bins which is not expected. The hotel itself is on a steep hill however this was not stated on the website my wife has a defibrillator and we had to get a car to our room and the car struggled to get up the hill. I didn’t expect to come away and my wife’s health be at risk we had to ask to be moved room. Unfortunately there is nothing about this hotel that has an aspect of a 4 star plastic glasses, flies and the eggs in the ice cream. Algae ring around the pool and lack of cleanliness is something that definitely needs revisiting for this to be considered more than a 2 star.
