Review for spa only: Had a full body massage with Katrina. Really relaxing. Katrina was very informative and professional. Spa was most enjoyable part of my stay. Good discount prices.

Great Hotel near the beach. Superior rooms modern and clean. Food good, everyone will find something. And the Spa is also perfect. I recommend visit to hairdresser Maria Perros - the hair mask was awesome and she recommend the Cretan massage for me what was very relaxing. The therapist Stella did it great.

For the price we paid I was not expecting this hotel to be as poor as it was!!! It is not a 4* and is far from it!!! When we entered the hotel everything seemed to look clean and tidy but after checking in that is when everything went downhill. We went to our room which was described as “land view”. We were facing a dirt track and we didn’t even have a balcony which is not advertised when booking. We had a patio door which opened with a clothes hanging facilities on a barrier. When having a shower I had to stop it half way through so that the shower didn’t flood the bathroom as the drainage didn’t work properly. One of our friends had to call maintenance 3 times as their toilet wasn’t working and their air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They gave up in the end as were sick of it not being fixed properly each time. The sunbed wars are absolutely ridiculous even though there is a sign which states if beds are reserved then towels will be removed if not being used. I got up at 7am one morning and only beds that were left were right at the back by the grass area. The grass area is also not well looked after as there are patches of just dry dirt which get stuck to your feet when wet. The pool is dirty has all green grime around the tiling and there is a leak through the tiles from the infinity pool. The lifeguard is non existent and can be more likely found enjoying a nice walk up and down the beach and kids are jumping off the edge of the infinity pool into the main pool where again it clearly says not to do but again nothing is done about it. Food in this hotel is definitely not 4* standard. The breakfast is very bland and lack of choices and lunch is not that much better. It’s the first time we have been on holiday and not stayed in the hotel once to eat in the evening due to the food being that poor when checking it out. The all inclusive drinks are watery and cocktails are pre made and do not taste anything like they should. The crepes from the crepe station are nice but expect to be in a long wait as there is always a long queue and the man making them is not in a rush for anyone. Staff are miserable and rude and the reception staff leave you standing waiting for a long time whilst having a chat and giggle between themselves. There needs to be some customer service lessons for every member of staff at this hotel!!! All in all the amount that we paid for this hotel it is nowhere near the standard it should be. I paid a lot less in a much nicer hotel elsewhere last year. A lot of improvements are needed in this hotel for it to be even close to a 4*

We are just back from our holiday - we loved every moment and wish we were back there already! Check in: Fast and friendly, salad and snacks provided due to late arrival. Room: We were given a sea view room with the best views we have ever had. Free safe and adequate aircon. Clean, modern and spacious rooms. Extra pillows provided when requested. 6 bottles of water provided. Food: We had been nervous about the food due to previous reviews but we were really impressed. Good variety at every mealtime - I'll be dreaming about their Greek salad for weeks. My teenager had fries with every meal and they tasted so good. You can find something to eat at any time of the day and eat constantly all day if you wanted to. We ate at the Greek resturant - the service and food was superb - the best muscles I've ever tasted! The burger bar was not so good due to the quality of the burgers, they look tasty but did not quite hit the mark. Pools: Sunbeds did need to be reserved at 7am otherwise you would miss out - we got a nice spot every day. The paths were sometimes slippery, we saw many people fall. We loved both pools - it was a shame that the diving into the infinity pool was not more closely managed as this is sure to cause an accident at some point. The aquaclass was superb, I've never seen so many people join in - even my husband and teenage son. Lucian was the most charismatic instructor I've ever seen - the star of the show. I wish that there could be a smoking area - daily we were subjected to smoke - many of the German guests seemed to smoke all day long. Beach: The beach was so close and the sea was glorious - people were in the sea from 7am! We arranged a boat trip with Popei - details on the beach- we had an amazing 3 hour trip and it was a real highlight of our holiday. Local area: We enjoyed a stroll up to the local shops for the essential packet of Lays and holiday souvenirs. There was a train that can be taken into Falaraki. In summary- this is the best holiday to Greece that we have ever had - the hotel was amazing and the memories will make me happy for a lifetime.

I had an excellent time in the Blue Sea Beach Hotel. I have visited this hotel many times, and it never disappoints me. The animation team here is amazing! Dia, Nela, and Isabel are doing a perfect job entertaining the guests, and their dance skills are out of this world.
