Surrounded by a unique natural environment, this hotel is located in a residential area of La Paz, in Puerto de la Cruz, just 20 kilometers from Tenerife North airport; and it offers a pleasant atmosphere, combining serenity and fun. The hotel is just 1.5 km from the centre of the city, beach and natural pools of the lake. This hotel has tropical gardens, a lobby with 24-hour reception, a games room and a lounge. Younger guests will enjoy the kids' club. There is a bar and a restaurant, and guests will appreciate the conference facilities. Tenerife's famous Teide National Park is a 40-minute drive from the hotel.

Grumpy rude bar staff restricted drinks

All inclusive restrictions be prepared to be told no €2 no drink, also can't have any cocktails as they have cocktail of the day and don't let you have a different choice,if you argue you are ignored while the grumpy woman or hairless man will tend to tables while a queue builds up ,you will never have more than one drink at a time because of the cup rental shocking really, food cold and bland be prepared to have slots with other hotels wrist band coded ..no aircon so I was issued a fan phew😅 so sticky nights sleeping . Worse 4* ever not even a 3 with how dirty my bathroom was at the edges of the tiles. Great location. Shame on the NOT all inclusive experience. I will add in 7 days I didn't have 5 breakfast and no lunches as you have to go to another hotel and I ate out 4 nights ,because you are told 7pm to 9pm only..good luck

The hotel was really bad. The room and balcony was the best bit, new and updated and clean. The food was horrible - I threw up on the first night and another 2 times throughout the week. The only thing edible was the bread and chips. You can’t survive a whole week on bread and chips. The meat was gross - from boiled grey chicken, to uncooked meat like burgers and chicken, the seafood was old and rubbery and tasted so bad. I couldn’t eat any of it as felt so ill after. For someone who isn’t a picky eater, we had to spend a lot of money eating out when it’s supposed to be an all inclusive holiday which we have paid for. Would advise to save your money not go for all inclusive. The bar staff were incredibly rude and racist. They clearly didn’t like brits at all. We kept asking for non alcoholic drinks for my boyfriend who is alcohol intolerant and they kept a putting large amounts of vodka and spirits in his drinks. When we asked for new ones they chucked the drinks - and I mean threw with force - and made a ughhhh noise and faces at us like we are a problem. They would serve you last if you were a tourist. They spoke to every local in the hotel with kindness and had a laugh with them but were extremely rude to use. No smiles just a ‘what do you want ‘ attitude. And continued to provide the wrong drinks / poorly made drinks. This made me nervous to go to the bar and I felt like I couldn’t ask for a drink as I didn’t want their attitude to affect my day. This did genuinely make me super upset most nights and ruin my whole holiday. I turned to going out for drinks or buying them from the local shop. Not good for an all inclusive holiday. The WiFi in the hotel didn’t reach the hotel room. We were at the top of the building. Worked fine in the lobby but not in our room or on our balcony so therefore had to pay out again for extra data from our phone companies. There wasn’t anything to do at the hotel really - we went out every day and when home spent most the time in our room. The pool was small and there wasn’t enough loungers for a big hotel so as you can imagine very busy in hot weather. I understand most entertainment each night will have a level of noise but this was ridiculous. I don’t sleep well most nights due to the bad signing and bad entertainment that was far too loud. You could probably hear it from 3 / 4 streets away. This was not a great move when we had to get up at 5 am to go to the airport. Overall this hotel was advertised as 4* due to the facilities. If you took your time to read the reviews on trip advisor (unlike we did - putting too much trust in love holiday) you’ll find basically all the customers experience the same service. I think you need to do more research on how you are advertising these hotels. Extremely disappointing.

Hotel is very clean, beds are made every day, food was average but definitely something for everyone. All workers were outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful. As a young couple we were worried at first that it would be a lot of elderly people but there was a lot of young people there which made it a lot better. Such a beautiful place, so much to do. Right round the corner from such a lovely town where you can do so much in. Overall, a clean and beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend, just the food was a slight disappointment.
