This elegant only adults hotel is superbly located around 20 metres from Psaropoula Beach. The city centre is reachable within walking distance, approximately 100 metres away. Good stay and amazing location!

We recently spent 6 nights at this hotel and a couple in our 20s and overall had a really enjoyable stay! I’d rate it as a 3.5* hotel – not luxury, but clean, comfortable, and in an amazing location. Room: Our room was small and basic, but it did the job perfectly. It was clean and well-kept with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge, the bathroom & shower was lovely and the beds were comfy although it was 2 singles pushed together, but we had no real complaints. That said, if you care about having a view, I’d definitely recommend upgrading to a sea-view room. Ours looked out over the back of some buildings, so we didn’t spend much time on the balcony. Pool Area & Service: The biggest downside was the lack of sunbeds – most were “reserved” with towels from around 8am, which meant a lot of guests ended up sitting on regular chairs or the seating area next to the pool waiting for one to free up. The hotel really needs to enforce the no-reserving before 10am rule better. However, when you did manage to get a bed, the pool area was lovely, comfy sunbeds, great bar service (you order at the bar and have it brought to you at poolside), and the food portions are huge you definitely get your moneys worth; throughout our stay we had the club sandwich, gyros, pizza & fries and the fries came in a huge bowl which we couldn’t even finish. The sun also doesn’t reach majority of the sunbeds until between 10-12pm and the pool opens at 10am, so we found ourselves sat in the shade for a few hours until the sun came out otherwise we wouldn’t have got a sunbed. Food: Breakfast was standard buffet style with all the usual options, and we appreciated the fresh eggs, omelettes, and pancakes station. Location: The location was the standout! Right by the sea with a rocky beach area and some sunbeds, plus only a short walk into the Old Town – perfect for dinner and day trips, we had most of our lunches and dinners there. It’s also close to lots of great restaurants in Rhodes Town, and an easy walk to Elli Beach and the beach clubs (we went to Ronda and Eli, both great!). Entertainment: The only other real downside was the lack of evening entertainment – just two nights during our 6-night stay (a live singer and a band playing Greek music). So if you’re someone who likes staying in the hotel at night for entertainment like we do, this isn’t ideal. Other Highlights: The sunset views from the front of the hotel were beautiful – we watched them most nights before going into town for dinner. Final Thoughts: Overall, we had a great holiday here. With a few small improvements – more sunbeds or stricter rules on reserving them, and more evening entertainment – it could easily be a solid 4* hotel. Would definitely recommend it for an affordable and well-located hotel to explore Rhodes town!

Fantastic views

We chose Blue sky for the location and fantastic look of the hotel , and it exceeded our expectations. We had a late flight but the reception is open all night and was very welcoming , All the staff go above and beyond in caring for your needs , the rooms are cleaned daily and towels replaced , we had a sea view room and it was fantastic the spacious bathroom comes with hair dryer and shampoo etc. Air conditioning works great, the breakfast is buffet style which covers everything from cereal to full English with fruit and pastries and much more served from 7am - 10:15, with lots of helpful staff on hand if needed. The pool is open 10 - 6 and there are lots of areas to sit and relax , your drinks are served to you wherever you are and the food in the day is fantastic especially the gyros big portions. The on site shop covers everything from milk to gifts and is open until 10 pm. Evening meal is from 6.30 until 9pm and again there is a big selection to choose from the Greek salad is fantastic. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary whilst we were there and Michael made it very special and served us champagne, Michael and all his team are excellent and courteous and I would rate more than 5 stars. Close by are shops and bars all great prices , the old wall town is a short 10 minute walk away.

This hotel is exactly where you want to be when visiting Rhodes town. We booked two rooms for eleven nights at the blue sky and it was €110 for the room tax per room. Lovely well situated hotel on a roundabout overlooking the sea. Warm informative welcome from staff who offered us a safety deposit box for €20 and informed us that breakfast is on from 7am till 1030 and that the pool is open from 10am till 6pm. We had an inland facing room however the view was great from the fifth floor. Nice balcony and spacious room with very firm but sturdy beds in addition to having air con that actually worked! Very basic hand carved plain wood furniture which was very similar to IKEA in the room which also had a small fridge inside. Ideal for your drinks and bottled water. Bathroom very spacious and room to a good standard especially for Greece. The real winners are those that have booked the sea view. Incredible! We walked past a couple of rooms and it was almost like you were floating above it. Bit gutted we didn't get one but nevermind. Breakfast I've taken some photos as it's not really covered well in other reviews. Lots of variety of hot and cold stuff with everything a decent standard. Just try and get what suits you as there's lots to try. Often the hot stuff was just lukewarm but no major drama. Pool area is good and has a good vibe however as everyone else says there's not enough beds for the hotel. Pool beds are comfortable and is extremely relaxing. Pool open from 10am to 6pm too so worth bearing in mind. There's a cheap supermarket over the road which has everything you need plus the hotel shop is decent value. There's also a coffee shop attached that does decent sandwiches and drinks plus the hotel was popular serving nice food. Even the room service prices were good. Other reviewers saying that this hotel isn't 4 star. It is. It has a gym too and ticks all of the boxes for the rating especially for Greece. Some of the other guests were a bit snobby and with it being a decent adults only hotel you'll probably not want to be around any chance. Great hotel and has that luxurious feel to it. Worth noting too that there's a street with sex shows over the roundabout opposite the hotel. It's tucked away as you can see in the photo and doesn't impact upon the hotel at all but just good to know what's in the area. "Nook" behind the hotel does amazing cocktails. Also "veto" a minutes walk away has the best drinks menu I've ever seen!

Make sure you have a sea view

A good central hotel, however please book a sea view and ask for floor four if possible. We booked a rear room by mistake and the view was dreadful, They moved us to a sea view with balcony with no extra charge. What a difference. Food is basic and although we had half board, we only went one evening and did not return. Too many lovely tavernas and restaurants in area. Breakfast was Ok ,but it was a bit repetitive. Rooms modern, beds could do with changing as mattresses rather tired and too soft. Fridge in room, tea and coffee. Best part was beach over the road and very modern reception area with great staff on front desk. Worst part are the rooms at rear and some noise from the strip, bars and strip clubs in a side alley.
