BlueSotel Krabi

Just stayed here for a week, was a little worried about it but really was no need. What a fab hotel - staff were amazing big shout out to Pa, Dada and the other amazing lady who always remembered our room number at breakfast and had the brightest smile ever( so sad I don’t get her name). Rooms were clean, spacious and very comfy. House keeping were amazing - we had a little illness and the team were very quick to bring clean bedding and water to the room. Breakfast was a fab affair never struggled to find a seat and food was lovely especially the fresh omelettes. How lovely to come to a hotel where you can go to breakfast at 9 and go out an easily get sun beds too. The pool area was fab, pool was shaded in the morning and beds more so on the pm - so worked well to stay cool.the service iat the pool was fab - only thing that could be improved would be charging to your room - we don’t always want to carry money to the pool - but it wasn’t a big deal. The food at this hotel was awesome. From the poolside and the restaurant - we ate regularly at the pool , my son said the best calamari he has had and my daughter loved the chicken wing = the meat just slid off the bones. We would definitely come back to this hotel - really enjoyed it.

Location - convenient. Close to beach & amenities. Hotel is along main road. Easy access. Other hotels like ava sea, holiday inn & avani resort is next door. Atmosphere ard hotel - vibrant & busy, not superbly noisy. But hotel lobby has no aircond only fans & natural breeze flowing thru the hotel lobby & pool area. Room - great except they dont provide toothbrushes/toothpaste and hair conditioner. Other than that, no complaints. Bedding is good. Room is clean & big. Theres safe deposit box. Beach bag in room added a nice touch. Bfast buffet - simple & i cant complain. Staff - friendly & attentive. Overall - good. I recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately Bluesotel was not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Very noisy day and night not due to people but the very loud generator on top of the building we had to have our aircon on full to drown out the noise! Only one pool for a large hotel sunbeds on top of each other and literally 2/3 hrs of sun then shade the rest of the time. It is right on the strip though so location ok. If you want a better hotel the Bluesotel smart is much nicer we actually used there pool everyday.

We stayed in December so a little late review but I believe they were so good that I finally decided to dedicate this time to write a review for them. One of the best experiences we had. This was our first family vacation to Krabi and after going through several reviews on their website, we chose to book and voila, we were not disappointed. Front office staff was helpful. Their rooms are not easy to find. Room numbers are not as per floor numbers so you might want to ask before you go with your heavy luggage and find yourself searching for your room. Room was neat, big and clean. Bests part of our stay was the food & beverage service staff with the name Nabin and AE. They really took care of us so well. Always happy and greeting us with beautiful smile. Looking after our special table and very good service. They are really an asset to the hotel. Only one thing which I was not so happy about is that they do not serve Draft beer and that is only available in the bar outside the hotel premises which actually belongs to the hotel so when it comes to paying, you can only settle in cash whereas hotel do have vard facility. Nothing of an issue for us but a feedback because not everyone wants ot carry cash all the time. Overall a perfect hotel. When we will visit next to krabi we will fur sure in the same hotel and will be very happy if we see Nabil and Ae working there. Many thanks for looking after us.
