Awful experience

We have been going to Branco for the last four years and love it there however this year was a complete disappointment the new manager was useless and the overall quality of the hotel has went significantly downhill we got told to expect bad service from the manager considering the hotel had opened a few days before I mean what is that from a five star hotel there was a leak in the room the service was bad the staff was rude overall really bad at private message me if you want more information

Gorgeous hotel, slight plumbing issues

I’ve been staying at the Branco hotel for years now and the staff are really lovely. The beach, pool and restaurant are great, however the rooms are on the smaller side and they seem to have plumbing issues with shower pressure, hot / cold water and sink drainage. They tried to resolve it, but to no joy during my stay. Aside from that it’s one of my favourite hotels in Mykonos, so hopefully they’ll manage to find a long term solution for this issue.
