A hillside villa in Patong that is beautiful, surrounded by nature, peace and lovely service.

Bukit Pool Villas being one of the few private property luxurious villas that Patong has to offer... Being located within walking distance to the beach about 1 km from the beach & close to all convenience store. The villas offers basement for 2 car parks , the 1st floor comes equipped with all the kitchen utility needed & a huge living area. The 2nd floor has 1 master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub The Guest bedroom also has ensuite bathroom The rooftop provides a huge space where one can relax & sunbathe in the soaking sun with a private jacuzzi for 6 ppl overlooking the surrounding mountains. It is a 5 minutes drive to the main mall Jungceylon & Central Shopping mall. I have had the opportunity to stay as a in-house guest & thoroughly enjoyed all their facilities & was super impressed with the staff hospitality. The Security guard is onsite from 7 pm to 8 am ensuring your safety. Bukit Pool Access can cater to clients seeking for a private cozy style concept..it offers a living space downstairs & climbing a small ladder you have a king size bed.. All 6 Villas of Bukit pool access have a private access to enjoy our big pool 4x10 meters exclusively only for our guests.

Not what is pictured

We stayed in the poolside villa and it is not what was pictured. The Villa had not been cleaned properly, the bed was rock hard and the wallpaper was falling off the wall. Aside from that, the villa’s are not in the best location. I recommend staying closer to the beach or up in the hill. The restraunts close by aren’t the best either & the tuk tuk’s Back to the villas are 200 baht each way.

Stunning private apartments

The apartments are absolutely beautiful! The balcony pool and rooftop jacuzzi area an absolute treat in the hot humid evenings and make up for the distance from the beach. The kitchen is quite basic but you hardly need to cook with all the restaurants on the road. The hill up to the villa is however quite a mission but the peace and quiet on the hill is worth it when you hear how noisy the road is.

Privacy to be looked into

We recently checked into Bukit Pool private villas with some following observations: 1) Nice 3 storey villa with pool and jacuzzi concept. Overall cleanliness is acceptable except for roaches everywhere with awe full smell. Used bathroom towers and mat all over the floor outside the storeroom. 2) No privacy given the staffs own the main door key that they would come in or leave our main door open during the day time just to access to the store room. 3) Staff language barrier that is making our conversation very difficult. 4) Upon check out, one of the housekeeper insisted we took one of the umbrella which we’ve returned. The whole incident was not properly managed that is causing a delayed in our travelling time to the airport. Overall, the stay is still enjoyable but it is more like an Airbnb than a proper service oriented villa.

Beautiful large apartment

We booked this through booking.com and were sceptical as the property was new and there were not many reviews besides those on booking.com. However the pictures were accurate and the property was exactly like the pictures. It is very spacious which is great for a family. There was enough space for shared family time and enough for you to also spend some alone time. The pool by the living room is gorgeous for a late night swim. There is also a jacuzzi on the roof top. There is lots of local food but if you want to buy your own there is a big supermarket about a mile away called yungcelyon. Email the hotel ahead of time and they will arrange an airport transfer for 1200Baht. You can get it cheaper with a taxi driver when going back if you use one regularly. We paid 800baht returning to the airport. Due to the building being relatively new not all tuk-tuk drivers know it but be patient there will be someone who does. If you are in the local patong beach area all rides are 200baht do not pay anything over. They will try to do that at night. One thing you must be aware of is that the property is on a steep hill. Which provides great views but a tiring walk.
