Lovely clean hotel. Friendly staff.

Clean with helpful staff available anytime. Rooms quite large, comfortable clean beds. Daily maid service. Buffet breakfast but centred around cheeses. There was a cereal selection, and hot food. I enjoyed it, but some may not Great stay. Great location

Whar to expect

Good location across the beach front with lots of resto nearby. However, rooms are old. Blankets are thin like towel texture. Shower is clogging. Wifi is not working the entire time. No toothbrush and lotion so bring your own. Breakfast is no good. Frontdesk doesn't speak or understand English. Travel agency booked us here. Staying overnight is fine but not recommended for longer stay.

Advantages: very early check-in (from 9:00), excellent view from balcony, smiling and helpful staff, room refreshing everyday, tasty food, comfortable bed, great location The day after departure, we contacted the hotel to return the items that we left in room (small pillow and small cosmetic bag). It turned out that the pillow was immediately thrown into the garbage and hotel suggested us just one price! - EUR 250! for sending cosmetic bag back to Poland. Lack of professional approach and at least a bit of good will. At the place everything looked great - from a distance it was absolutely average. We won't go back to this hotel and we don't recommend it.

Great location but housekeeping ruin your trip

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms were small but clean, Didn’t have much engagement with the staff other than the cleaning staff who for me were relentless and terrible, They start knocking your door from 9:30am trying to get you up then shouting from outside the door asking when you’re leaving. Or if you’re in the shower they’ll knock the bathroom door asking to come in and if you ask them to come back in 30 minutes so you can get dried and dressed they’ll just tell you they’ll be back tomorrow. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel this is NOT the hotel for you as I found myself getting annoyed everyday by them.

Great stay at this lovely hotel.

Great stay at the lovely hotel. We booked a twin room for 5 nights. Bed was comfortable and fluffy pillows. Room cleaned everyday. Reception staff Gakhan and Musa were always on hand. Friendly and accommodating any requested. Printed off out boarding passes and answered and questions we had. Fulya was friendly and extended our room reservation without any issues. Overall, a good experience and would definitely use this hotel again. Good location and easy reach of amenities. It was a quick trip for dental treatment and everything connected well.
