Best view on the island! Amazing room (pool suite - highly recommend)

We had a wonderful time at Caille Blanc. The views are amazing and the staff is very accommodating and attentive. The hotel is small, so they get to know you by name. The road leading to the hotel is long and bumpy, so plan accordingly when venturing out. Do not bother renting a car! Breakfast is served at 9am, a little late for us.

Lots to share so sorry this is lengthy. What an unbelievable experience we had at Caille Blanc in St Luca! I would highly recommend this property! First off, the staff there are amazing and wonderful: managers Ernie, Connell, and Chris always checking in and making sure we had all we needed and enjoying our time. Mario, Nicolai, and Lebron thanks for driving us around everywhere, especially that bumpy leg to the property! Pauline, Delian, Sara, and Carter for taking care of us at all our meals and making great suggestions! Heidi for keeping our room clean and tidy! These people were all amazing! I had not originally booked the all inclusive mega package, but did the week before. So glad I did as it made all meals more enjoyable and comes with unlimited drinks. Definitely try the rum punches and mojitos! The package also came with a few excursions I will hit on, some not included in the package. The snorkeling and Sugar Beach excursion was a great experience with Captain Al and Shawn. We booked the Hotel Chocolat experience seperately and I would highly recommend; comes with a tour of the grounds and how they grow cocoa, making your own chocolate bar, and lunch. It was so much fun! Also did the Tet Paul hike that was very simple and absolutely gorgeous putting you right between the Pitons. Also recommend going down to Anse Chastanet beach as it is beautiful and relaxing! The entire property is so old world eclectic and stunning, the owners did an amazing job putting this place together. It small and quaint with only a few rooms so you get to meet and interact with the few other people staying there. So many plants and trees and flowers everywhere along with the amazing infinity pool. The views are off the charts amazing of the Pitons, sunsets, and the Soufriere Bay. So the extra: we got stranded at the resort an extra 5 days with the USA gov't shutting down the Caribbean airspace because of Venezuela. Owner Alisa was amazing and reached out to me before I could contact here. She was extremely helpful stating we will make this work so you can stay at the resort if you would like, and she did! We had booked the Upper Temple room for the week that we loved but also got to experience the Bouganvila and Sunset suites as well. Alisa, thank you for your graciousness and assistance in this difficult time! We plan on coming back!

This property is 100% worth the hype. My husband and I stayed for 10 days over New Year’s Eve and had the absolute best time. We were meant to leave after about 6 days, but the day we were supposed to fly out, the airspace was closed due to the US engaging Venezuela. The resort manager was so sweet and accommodating. Due to that, we tried two rooms, the grotto and the pool suite. You can’t go wrong with either, but my preference would be the pool suite. The grotto has more privacy, but you’re not lacking privacy in the pool suite. The view and access to the main pool is unmatched. The food. I could go on and on. Hands down the best resort food we’ve had and we travel a lot. The chef, Ominam, who they call Crane, was soooo sweet and proud of his food. They make every. single. thing. from scratch and it shows. The asst managers Chris, Connel and Erney are so nice and the servers, Sara, Carter, Delian, Every, and Paulina are amazing. Heidi, our housekeeper always has the sweetest smile. This place is small and low key in the absolute best way. It’s a short walk to the beach near Jade Mountain resort. If you keep walking past the second beach until it dead ends, you will be met with complete Caribbean isolation and beauty. We did a sail boat to snorkel and loved it, but otherwise stayed on property and spent our time snorkeling off the pier at the beach or enjoying our pool and view. If you’re looking for a romantic get away coupled with luxury and relaxation, this is for you. The reviews say it all. Thank you to everyone who we met.

The hotel is located cliffside over the sea with breath taking views of the Pitons. Due to the limited amount of rooms available onsite, the atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. The staff is very attentive to your needs and are accommodating to requests. The dinning experience is intimate and is like having your personal chef. The hotel offers a full arrangement of concierge options with car services. I fully recommend booking airport pick up/drop off service. Thank you to Alisa, Ernie, Chris, Carter, Nicolai, and staff!
