Calabay Parc Homes by Oceanbeds

Having seen previous reviews for 615 Montara Drive from 2021, I was really worried, particularly as we’ve had bad experiences with villas previously but this villa is actually very nice. All of the bedrooms are comfy, 2 doubles, both en suite and two twins. All rooms but one of the twins have flat screen tv, the lounge is roomy with 2 comfy leather sofas. The kitchen is far better equipped than many villas we’ve stayed in. The pool is nice, effective heating with plenty of loungers as well as tables/chairs. The people that look after the villa were very friendly and helpful. We only had need to call them when the air con tripped, a common problem in Florida, I called quite late but was answered quickly and the issue was dealt with right away. Perhaps changes were made after the previous reviews or maybe those problems were due to not having had any visitors during the pandemic but as of 2022, this is a great villa, far nicer than previous ones we’ve had and we’d be very happy to stay here again. Stayed with the family for a 2 week break and had a great time. Had a nice villa with pool, great for my two young children, and the villa was nice and spacious. Area was nicely equipped with a Walmart and Publix, plus smaller shops so all your needs are met. Easy access onto the I-4 to get you to Orlando, Tampa and all the theme parks and shopping outlets
