Excellent location for Orlando! The hotel had lots to do pools, waterslides, zipline, and rock-climbing wall. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking was great, elevators helped you to your room, so you are not over exhausted. Definitely will be back!

NASTY DISGUSTING PLACE!!

Upon us getting there the person at the front desk gave us our card and some “FREE” passes to a zip line since it was a Sunday we went straight to the zip line the workers told us to go to the Starbucks to claim the “free” tickets when we got there the Starbucks worker had a really bad attitude and she proceeded to yell at us talking about “WE DONT DO IT FOR FREE!” Than she had wanted to charge us after she said that we went straight back to the villa when we got inside we seen bugs all over the sink maybe about 60-100 bugs and there was a nasty odor/smell that reminded me of decaying wood and a stinky bleach smell after that we called front desk and we didn’t get a call back EVER! We decided to stay a night cuz we had to do a timeshare with sum man that worked at the resort the next day. He started talking to us with also a bad attitude when we didn’t wanna buy his plan than proceeded to keep us in a room for 3 hours!! Please if u have kids don’t come here. It’s a nasty resort!

The overall stay was good. Units were dated but functional. Roof replacement had parking lots closed so lots of extra walking without prior notice

Great vacation

This is a great resort for vacation family with children. In pictures shows 2 pool. In fact there are 3 pools. It appear that hotels near the resort as Holiday inc share the pools.
